My wife went to get a filling. She was in pain and went back a few days later. The dentist said the filling was cracked and redid it. She was in pain and went back. Now she has to have a root canal and a crown to the tune of $1700. Did I mention she was NOT in pain when she went in the first time? The filling was a preventative procedure, not one to fill a cavity. She complained and the dentist said the best he can do is $1300 because any lower than that, he will not make a profit. Did i mention that he broke her tooth and she was in pain? The only thing on his mind is PROFIT? The office manager got involved. She said they can do it for $1000. So here we are paying $1000 plus the $60 bucks it cost before to have the original filling done.
In my line of work, when we break something, we fix it at no cost to the customer and we learn so we can deliver better service next time. Here is what I learned:
My wife should have not gone to this dentist. We just paid this guy $1060 to have a tooth ruined.
With all of the dentists in this town, I should have done better research on this clown.
And the icing on the cake - instead of the $1000 the manager agreed on, they charged her $1100. I mean what's another $100, right?
Here is what I hope you lean from our experience - Find a different dentist. These folks are motivated by PROFIT!!!!!!

I love coming here! Everyone at this location is great! They remember you and always ask how everything is and get you taken care of. Dr. Badera is amazing and knows so much! I deff recommend this place to anyone seeking a new dentist!

Doctor was friendly however staff up front are incompetent. When staff called to confirm my appointment I specifically asked if they accept my type of insurance they said yeah if we have any issues will give you a call. When I show up now they don't accept it waste of my time never been so frustrated.
