Update:
I was looking forward to having work done, but they kept blowing me off saying they would email me when they put together a treatment plan. I went into the office 3 times over the oast month, each time blown off with the promise that a treatment plan will be emailed to me. Its been a month and still nothing. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time which resulted in excruiating tooth pain. I called and asked for help again, and they simply gave me antibiotics and told me they will email me with a plan to extract the tooth. That was 5 days ago. I reluctantly had to find another dentist who's willing to help me. The employees are nice though. The office is beautiful and truly serene. It's a shame I couldn't keep them as my dental care provider.

I'm first time patient, I called the office to make a appointment , infection in a tooth. The girl who took my info was wonderful. Come in as soon as you can. Wow. Got to the office, spoke to the girls at front desk, again had a great experience with them had to wait a whopping 4 or 5 min.had exray and told her of my experience with another dental group. Can't say any good about them at all.After exray dentist and said just what needed . Antibiotics and when I was ready, she'd pull the tooth. So I can't say enough about this office. Thank you all for being so helpful. Will see you soon.

I like the hygienist that I see regularly! I hate to see the front office staff is different every time I go and that it is difficult to speak to someone on the phone. Also all the text messages and phone calls to confirm your appointment is very excessive!!

Professionals with a heart who always ask for feedback of their performance, call for appointment reminders and keep the place spotless. What make me sad is to know that they will not accept HMO any more.

I’d probably have a better review to leave if we ever actually got to have services from serene dental. I called in March and was able to get an appointment for May. I was ok with the wait because it was just a standard cleaning and the reviews were great. I gave my insurance info at the time of the call and was told it was accepted and made an appointment for my daughter. Fast forward to around a week before my scheduled appointment- I received a call from the office stating they didn’t usually take patients as young as my daughter - she’s 8 - and they’d need to move the appointment. They then asked me to send over my insurance again, at which time I was told they did not accept it. Unfortunately since they were not in network I had to cancel the appointment. I would have appreciated all of this info almost two months ago. I’m sure they’re great if you’re actually in network though!

Serene Dental is the best provider of dental care I have ever experienced. The folks there understand the fear, anxiety and apprehension that I (and maybe others) must deal with on visits to the dentist.
But I am not kidding you when I state that the gentle care, empathy and genuine compassion displayed at Serene Dental makes me 100% satisfied and very pleased to have Dr. Patel and her staff as part of my overall health and wellness team.
And a special shout out to Diana...the hygienist who cared for me on this visit.....FANTASTIC!

Love this place the personal is so wonderful and knowledgeable about hygiene and friendly and Diana she's so gentle when doing the cleaning I love this people's maybe that's why I have been going there for the past 15 years love them all
