Always friendly and professional staff! Just one confusing note. The front door entering the building and office has signs to wear masks but the front desk staff did not have any on or ask patients to wear any. Wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong idea or have any health issues. Keep up the good work. 👍🏽

The staff are incredibly pleasant! Dr. Patel, made me feel relaxed and comfortable with my extreme dental work ahead! The dental hygienist was, very nice and made the task at hand, easy to deal with! Thanks for making it easy to go to the dentist!

Had to have crown replaced. The price was for a porcelain crown. The quality was poor. Crown is rough and doesn't match my others. On top of that they tried not to honor my insurance on what my responsible part of the cost was. After insurance sent payment and I made initial payment they sent me a bill for $105. Grant my final amount I was responsible for was $4.50. The lady at the front desk wanted to argue and tell I didn't get it. I tried to explain that they are required to honor what insurance says since they have a contract with them. After I contacted my insurance and we tried calling them 3 times. They wouldn't answer. So be advised if you use them you have been warned. I will never go back to much wrong. Front desk staff unprofessional. Update. The crown they replaced now have tooth pain. Will now have to find another dentist to fix their screwup.

I found this dentist office through my insurance provider. Located in a nice plaza with plenty of parking. Came in for my first appointment and had to fill out about 3 sheets of paperwork. They called me in exactly at my appointment time which was 9 AM. Dr. Patel was
thorough and super friendly. Probably one of the most
communicative and sweetest dentist I've ever been to.
She explained the importance of flossing and every step on how to take care of my teeth. Very rarely do you
encounter a friendly and thorough dentist. Most of them are in and out without talking to the patient. Dr. Patel, thanks for making the difference! Will definitely be keeping this office as my dentist.

Best dental office ever!! The office was so clean and beautiful and the whole team was fantastic! Jackie and Kidaisha greeted me so kindly. Andreina and Melissa took me to the back and made me feel so welcomed, they even have TV’s in every room!! And Dr Maniar and Dr. Patel explained everything to me and didn’t just treat me like a patient but like family! I love this office, would definitely recommend! ☺️

Everyone was courteous and clear with their instructions. I was given a cost for additional services immediately.

After reviewing favorably rated dentists in the area I contacted Sarene Dental Center in regard to a bad and getting worse toothache I had for several days while "snowbirding" in Orlando. They received me immediately and handled the problem efficiently with professionalism and respect! Dr. Maniar competently laid out an effective plan to save an infected molar which involved a referral to a local, excellent endodontist for a special root canal through an existing crown and then a quick return appointment for crown repair. The repair is working great! Chewing normal - pain gone! They made time to handle my problem. Highly recommended!

The staff is the worst. Everything used to be good a few years back. Staff is very unprofessional both over the phone and in person. I wish all calls were recorded. Almost all the staff is new except for one I recognized, and it seems like she is the only one who knows what she is doing.

Update: Less than an hour after posting, a regional manager from the clinic reached out and expressed their concern about this. This is a move by management that deserves kudos. Thank you very much for reaching out.

The Staff at Serene Dental are very professional and supportive. It’s always a pleasure to walk into the office. I am greeted courteously and treated in a respectful manner. You are always seen at your scheduled appointment time. The office exemplifies “teamwork,” a quality that makes my visits pleasant. They are honest and considerate about the treatment and care you need and always sit down with you and help find the best payment options. They are also great with the kids. Sent a friend over and he took his whole family and they agree that you get the best care around. Their daughter isn't afraid of the dentist visits anymore. One stop shop for all your dental needs.
