Excellent service got an appointment at 11 they got me in right on time there is no none sense in waiting extra time for them to call you in. Very gentle with your mouth. Attentive to all your concerns.

Went in for an emergency issue with my #2 tooth, losing filling & the tooth was digging into my tongue and jaw. Once root canal completed, Dr. Patel, made the way for my crown. Temp is on, while I wait for the permanent one. Unfortunately for me I have a couple more root canal’s, but luckily I believe I’ve found my new dentist. Had used my childhood dentist from Miami, Hialeah. After relocating here, this is the 2nd dentist I tried & believe I found my home. Keep posted on updates, reference the additional work being performed as well as a possible extraction of the #5 tooth, which if so, will likely be placed with a gold crown or implant tooth. Jackie - office manager - extremely professional and has been working with me directly on a proper treatment plan schedule for both myself and Dr. Patel.
Alicia - very soft hands and very helpful during procedure with Patel.

Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and nice upon entrance!! Dentist visits make me nervous, but they all made me feel very calm from the start.
Dr. Patel took her time explaining everything to me and the assistants were also very helpful, informative, and sweet (I wish I could remember their names to give them much deserved credit). The whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

I am a New Patient - was a tad nervous but staff put me at ease. Very good customer service and staff provided detailed out of pocket expense after insurance payment.

My visit at Serene Dental was amazing. By far, the best office I have been to in years. The office was so clean and the Doctor made me feel super comfortable. As well as the staff! It is very hard to feel comfortable in a dental office, but I am suprised at how well I was treated here! I’m so happy I finally found the perfect dental office me and my family! I have to say every time I come here, I have a wonderful experience. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating. They are consistently on time with their appointments. They 100% know their business and run it well.

I was quite disappointed. I was called to go in earlier than my appointment set time, I did. I waited over 45 minutes for dentist. Dentist was nice and explained everything. I then waited even longer for the dental assistant to print and give me a quote. The assistant seemed confused. She printed stuff for me three times and still got it wrong and didn’t give me all the quotes to everything I need done. She asked her colleague for help. She was quoting me wrong. I went to front office and asked for office manager. I was told they don’t have an office manager. I finally got a quote of over $3,000.00 I asked Aimee if she would please go over that quote with me, as she began the assistant’s colleague came over and in a loud voice began explaining. There were people in the front so it was embarrassing as she was pointing out my missing teeth out loud. She did a good explanation however I was honestly embarrassed. She took my email because the actual assistant that could not get my quotes correct still didn’t put everything she needed to put on the papers she printed 3 times. She didn’t want me to wait anymore, she said she would fix everything and email it to me. I asked the scheduler; Aimee if I could have a trial size tooth paste from the basket sitting on the counter before exiting she told me I could take more than 1. I took 2. While in my vehicle I decided to look at the expiration date; they were expired;1 by a year and the other by 1 month. The office was the opposite of its name “Serene” it was very loud of the employees chatting away. I even witnessed 3 of them making fun of a patient’s partial dentures. I will make a formal complaint.
