Absolutely love this office and the staff! From the minute I walked in and being greeted by the front staff to the girls in the back making sure I was conformable even though I was a little nervous. Dr. Maniar was very understanding and listened to call my concerns!!

I have never been a fan of dentists, though necessary. This has been a pleasant experience. 2019 I have accomplished 2 cleanings & a whitening so far. Not only do they make your smile brighter but they’re very informative. Everyone I have had work on me has been very nice and compassionate. I’m a happy customer.

I had my initial visit with Serene Dental and was very impressed with the professionalism as well as the caring nature of the entire staff. They were very thorough in their examination and made it very clear what work needed to be done and how much it would cost. I was very thankful for that because I have had some bad experiences in the past at other offices. Good dental care is so important since it can affect so many areas of your health. I would highly recommend this excellent dental office for their quality of care and treatment.

I have been coming to Serene Dental for a few years now and I absolutely love their hospitality and service! They always treat me with care and always give my input into my treatments or cleaning. Even though I have moved further away I still take the 20-25 minute drive to come to Serene Dental.

I worked for this office for a year and did not realize the poor quality of work that was being done. I had recommended this dentist to all my family and friends on good faith and had some work done myself. There have been issues with ALL the work. My crown broke after a year, my mom's did too, my good friend's bridge came apart, my cousins dental work also failed. I have other family and friends that also have had to go elsewhere to fix the problems they originally had done at Serene and had to pay twice for the work. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and he informed me that the crown was not cemented properly and that typically they can last over 10 years if taken care of correctly. They advised to go back where I had it done originally to see if they could fix it. When I went back to Serene to see what they could do, Dr. Anderson did not care about the problem and offered to fix it at full price. He was completely unsympathetic. He did not care if the work was bad to begin with at all. He knew I had had issues with that crown since placement and did nothing. My mom had the same issue with a crown and went back numerous times complaining about the pain and they did nothing. She saw Dr. Anderson, Garcia and another lady doctor who all did absolutely nothing. I would definitely not recommend this dentists to anyone and I feel bad that I put my family and friends through this.

Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all. This was my first experience and most definitely my last. The office was beautiful but I was displeased with the service. The individual who performed my routine cleaning (which was covered by my insurance) did not do a thorough job on my teeth after I declined an offer she made for me to pay more money and get a specialized cleaning which I had no need for. I literally had to push for her to do the routine cleaning at all because it seemed as if she did not want to do it unless I agreed to what she wanted me to do which was pay more money for an unnecessary service. I came home and did a better job at cleaning my own teeth. I am not sure if the hygienist was competent but as I read through some of the reviews, I see that several people have had similar experiences.

The doctors and dental staff are amazing but the billing services completely ruin the entire experience and reputation of the office. Everytime I went, no one knew how much to charge me, often overcharging me. They even sent a claim to my insurance 10 times and each time it was a different thing and wrong. Even my insurance company was confused. They kept billing me even a year after the visit and never admitted to their mistakes. I tried calling several times to solve the issue and it was a miracle when they finally answered and even then the person didn't even care about the huge mistake and how I upset I was about getting constantly billed.

I was really nervous about going.. but Melissa made me feel comfortable. she explained everything perfectly and did not overwhelm me with too much info at once. i felt comfortable and really appreciated melissa's kindness and patience with me. the office is also very comfortable and organized. i had a very good experience. so happy i found them.
