This is a dishonest dentist office. I went there last year for a cleaning and paid a fee (which I cannot remember what the fee was for, as I have insurance). I called today to schedule an appointment for my yearly cleaning. My insurance covers cleanings twice a year. They told me that they will not do a regular cleaning. They need to do a deep cleaning which is not covered by insurance and it would cost $500. I told them I do not want to do the deep cleaning now, and will just do the regular cleaning. They told me they could not "ethically" do a regular cleaning, I have do the deep cleaning. I have never heard of a dentist office that will not do a regular cleaning when asked by a patient. This is an outrageous dishonest office who just seems to nickel & dime it's patients to get money in their pockets.

Very satisfied with the dentists. But the front desk staff are very inefficient and lack customer relationship service. They argue, and are the worst. They need to be peofessional.

Here at Serene Dentistry the front staff greet you with a smile and are very helpful with your questions. The assistance dentist are generous and caring to your needs. They will give you great advice to take care if you teeth. I am very comfortable and peased with my Dr. They are punctual and courteous overall.

The Staff and Dental Professionals are Tops. The Receptionists were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help get my dental problem resolved quickly. The Dental Asst. was quick to get me ready for the Dentist. The Dentist provided me my options and listened to my concerns and quickly took care of my issue. I felt no pressure to make further care appointments but was assure that they would be there when I was ready. Very Positive Experience over all.

Office staff was always very nice and helpful, but that's about all they had going for them. I received regular cleanings there for close to two years (which were always painful and the hygienist was never friendly). The first dentist I saw there was a man whose name I don't remember. He told me everything looked great and was very friendly. The next visit a year later, a different dentist saw me. I don't remember her name either, but she had very little to say to me and just began looking around my mouth. Without even touching my teeth, she told me that I had 7 cavities and needed my wisdom teeth removed immediately because they were rotten and would rot all of the surrounding teeth. I thought it was weird that two different dentists within the same practice could say drastically different things and not to mention I was feeling no pain and my teeth looked great so I didn't go back. I just finished seeing a new dentist at a different practice and told him what I was told. He did his exam (which was SO much more thorough than any i received at Serene Dental) and told me I have no cavities and my wisdom teeth are fine. He also told me that it looked like the cleanings I had been receiving were not good because there were signs of periodontal disease that would have and should have been taken care of if the cleanings were done right.

Highly recommend serene dental for your cleanings, fillings and crowns to be done. They are patient and gentle when it comes to your teeth. Dr. Maniar is great !! Super specific on the things that need to be done. I will always go to him to work on my teeth! Thank you for a great experience

I'm new to this dental office, but I think I found my forever dentist. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. You can definitely feel the love from the moment you walk the the door. They care about each other, the work they do and their patients. I've already recommended them to three people within a week.

Third time there. The same great experience. Love the staff. Very friendly and professional. No wait times. Get you in within minutes of your appointment time. I feel like they really care about everyone's care. Not rushing to get you in and out. Office is very clean and orderly. Also they play a wide variety of music for everyone's liking. I heard country music today. Beats the elevator music.
