I’m a veteran with some serious dental issues, I went to Aspen Dental in St Augustine because they had a day for vets. I thought I could at least get a broken tooth pulled, but I was given a full screening on all of my dental issues, had a plan designed for me that would address the issues, it is a lot, when I asked how much it was cost me. I was told it wouldn’t cost me anything and then I was thanked for my service. Words cannot express the true gratitude and appreciation I have for all of those that were and will be involved in this. When I have my smile back, I will be able to walk a little taller again.

The personnel at Aspen Dental were very nice and friendly. I thought the business practices were dishonest and misleading. The prices listed in the website were about half the amount of the charges I was quoted in the office. I had expensive procedures recommended to me that other dentists and orthodontists have recommended against for me. I have never heard of another service that requires payment in advance of an appointment. I will not return.

The ladies there were so helpful and accommodating! Norma did an excellent job on my deep cleaning and explaining everything beyond what a visit to 'the dentist' is normally imagined. She deserves a raise! Will be sending my husband and hopefully keeping them as my doctors. Thank God for Dentists!
Norma is gone.! I won't be going back there. Not happy with outcome. What happened to doctors who actually care about patients? The new hygienist was rude to two of the people I care for and they were afraid to post a review.

Had an emergency yesterday with a broken tooth.Dentist office I usually go to could not see me. Also called another one I used at one time and because I stopped seeing them they would not see me. So I walked in at Aspen no problems at all the where outstanding and Dr. Rennie took care of the problem what an excellent dentist he is. I will now be a new patient excellent friendly staff.

appointments set up and a meeting to discuss payment plan was finalized. Appointment today with several treatments completed. Everyone was very efficient from front desk to nurses and my dentist. Additional appointments in the future. So far no problems, enjoyed my visits and work is excellent..

This was my initial visit and I was thrilled at the professionalism of this dentist and the business manager. For weeks, I researched for a quality dentist and then I came upon this dentist. I knew this was for me and even though I was treated with the highest of professionalism, my experience was beyond my expectations. I cannot rate for extensive work but my initial visit was a five and then some.

Very informative and complete assessment of the entire area. Give a good full idea of everything that is going on and provide pricing as well. Leave it up to client to determine what to do now. Only thing I did not like is the mandatory 1600 dollar recommended surgical cleaning. Had that done once and in my opinion it ruined my gums and teeth, so will not do that again.

Finding a new dentist always seems like an adventure but the team at Aspen Dental in St. Augustine made things simple and seamless. I have always felt like the hygienist and I were in a fight but Cherokee was the best. Have never felt warm and fuzzies at the dentist office but this experience was great!
