Everyone there is really nice and accommodating they got me in for a cleaning the same day as my exam day. The dentist Ronnie was really good with the novacaine needle I barely felt it. The worst part of the whole thing was the hygentist told me she was giving me prescription toothpaste and mouthwash and when I looked at my bill they charged me 33 for one and 34 for the other. 67 dollars is alot of money for something I thought I was getting for free. When I tried to discuss it with the people at the front desk they told me I needed it and would not take it back. I feel taken advantage off. They also would not give me anything for pain after doing a deep root cleaning in all 4 quadrants. They told me to take Tylenol and I feel like I got hit in the face with a baseball bat.

I had a tooth ache and decided to go to this facility.
They took an exam and suggested deep cleaning. After paying them a ton of money the tooth ache has got much, much worse. I have not been able to drink hot coffee or cold smoothies for over a month now. And now they do not have any time for me. Earliest they can get me in is months from now.
Instead of addressing the issue they excel in maximizing the money they can make from every walk-in with out addressing the issue.
I am going to share my experience on every forum in the country so most people would know what they are getting into.

The worst place I have ever went for dental care not only was I billed twice they were paid by my insurance then they also charged my care credit for everything even services I have yet to receive on top of that they charged me for a set of partials that I never got and a toothbrush that I never got when I called to dispute the charges with even proof that my insurance paid for everything they hung up in my face if you ask me they commit insurance fraud and rip elderly off of their money definitely do not recommend going here like I said I was even charged for services that I have never received and a set of partials that I never received also products that I never asked for or received worst place ever gave them several opportunities to fix the problem Only to be hung up on please be where they are scam artist and extremely unprofessional

After making an appointment for severe tooth pain I had to wait 10 days for a chance to get looked at. Was given the option of root canal or extraction. The cheaper of which cost me over $200. I was told the extra charges were for "tools" used by the dentist to aid in pulling said tooth. Afterwards I wanted a cleaning and was told that I would have to have the more expensive one. Price was high but I figured hey if it's nescessary.... then they turned it into two sessions. Not two half priced sessions for the 1 whole cleaning, but 2 full priced cleanings to do 1 total cleaning. They were willing to let me pay part up front and some later as the charges were close to $500. They don't tell you that you can't pay over the phone.

This office is amazing they care about your teeth. They are extremely knowledgeable. Heather helps me every time I’m there she is amazing and so sweet. She handles every situation like pro. She is the best. I recommend this office to everyone
