All of the ladies are so nice and very helpful. Had routine cleaning and experience was great, quick and gentle. I would recommend Aspen as a great family dental office .

While the place was super clean, very nice staff and free xray and exam on first visit bc I am a cash customer, I was extremely turned off by the financial consultant. She gave me the total cost for Partial dentures. Which to be honest was much higher than I thought. When I mentioned I was getting a second opinion, she then suddenly said I can give you 20% off. So in the end that was $700 off. So if I didn't sayI was getting a second opinion, they would have charged the original amount. Not cool. Needless to say, I did not choose this place for my dental needs.

If anybody needs or wants a great dentist, I went to Aspen Dental in St Augustine. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office in many years, All the staff are very professional, cheerful and accommodating, Every procedure today was pleasant, I am looking forward to my next appointment. 🦷🪥

I was treated so nicely everyone was so friendly and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that I understood what was happening and they helped me a great deal of deciding what I needed that to do for my better oral health I really enjoyed my visit and I’m looking forward to getting everything done

First time visitor and I was pleasantly surprised. Each staff member was kind, courteous as I arrived. I was taken back at the appropriate time, XRays taken. Afterwards the dentist stepped in and reported back their findings.
I found the dentist were Truthful, yet not Over The Top when recommending additional services. I was very pleased!!!
My only concern was the lobby area which looks a little tired. The seats were worn, and there with little to any new reading material. However the coffee did smell delicious!!

I came for an Emergency dental issue...got the appointment within 30 mins...seen in the office very promptly and got my Emergency fixed and out the door in a couple hours. Wonderful staff, quick fix and low dollar amount spent equals a happy customer. Thank you ladies much appreciated! Will be back!

I went in for part 2 (Part 1 was August 16, 2022) of an enhanced cleaning which was done by Dawn. Scheduled BOTH appoints with less than a 2 week wait. My appointment was actually for tomorrow (my mistake) but they went ahead and did a super cleaning. My only issue was on the administrative side making sure my insurance covered everything and in the end, all is well. DAWN DID A GREAT JOB BOTH TIMES!!!

I had a 5pm appointment on 7/18/22 and was on time. The hygienist Dawn was absolutely 💯 fantastic. I had a periodontal cleaning done with no pain. Dawn made me very comfortable. She was just amazing explaining all she was doing and going over completely with what I need to do with the rinses I need to use. The experience was exceptional. Thanks Dawn. See you in November
