Went in to get a tooth pulled. All went great. Needed more work done so got the treatment plan. Spoke to the dentist about products. Chose the option I wanted. Fast forward a few days. I'm in the chair again for impressions. The girl tells me about a product we hadn't discussed. I was told this was in my plan etc.. would have been a huge deal but I applied and was approved for financing. Financing on the wrong product. Not what was discussed!! I canceled my future appointments and am waiting for them to pull back the financing. Staff was great. Watch out for the management.

I have to say I was very pleased with my experience with aspen dental. Having not been in many years I didn’t know what to expect so I expected the worse. Dawn did an outstanding job on my deep cleaning and at making sure I was comfortable the whole time and not in pain. She is a blessing. That being said I look forward to seeing you all again soon

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. The staff was very courteous, understanding and helpful. The office was very clean and free of clutter. The tools, computers and equipment where all up to date and felt vey futuristic (not your typical dental office). The atmosphere and vibe was delightful. It is my Dental Office from now on. A+++++++++++

The worst dental establishment l have ever encountered.They look at your x-ray and don't even know what they are looking at.They are inexperienced and are learning on your teeth.Worst experience l ever had.l have contacted an attorney
If you want to keep the teeth you.have l would suggest you go elsewhere

One star. I’m astounded by how much I disliked this dentist office. Yes, the people working there were nice and present…but.
I waited 2/3hours for my first appointment. Sitting around. In the office. Waiting. Then was told I needed Another appointment. So they weren’t even going to do my cleaning that day, no, I needed to schedule More appointments. They don’t charge you the full amount after your done… so that they can Also send bills in the mail.
(I was also made to buy “special” tooth paste and mouth wash so add even more $$$. Just say no. I should have declined Firmly.)
At the start of this process I was told my insurance had me covered…. Then was sent Another bill at the beginning of the year stating I owe over a hundred dollars?! After I paid that random 20$s that wasn’t paid for?
I am shocked. Disappointed. And angry. I would never suggest anyone to use this establishment.
