It surprised me the number of days it took to get a plan for extractions and denture design, but... At the end of the days...Emily and Mandy collaborated with Dr. Booth and the lab techs (in house) to provide me with a treatment plan. I look forward to my new smile built and installed on 1/21/23.

I went to Aspen Dental of St Augustine as a new patient today and had an excellent experience. Emily explained the three steps involved in taking images of my teeth. The equipment she used was very up to date. Teresa came in to check the condition of my gums then Doctor Booth came in to review everything. She was warm, patient, and informative. Because this was my first visit, I didn't have an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, but Teresa worked me in and did a fabulous job. That was the most through cleaning I've had in years. Also, before anything was done that might not be covered by my Humana insurance, the book keeper sat down with me and we went over everything. I knew exactly what my visit at Aspen Dental would cost. Great team there and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

I went as a new patient today. They had gotten water from flooding from Hurricane Ian, but were still up and running with fans blowing everywhere to dry things out. Although a bit on the noisy side, things were running quite smoothly and my experience was good.

I had an emergency very very painful and a scary situation. They had me come right in and took care of me I’m so pleased with this dentist …dr canaday that I am switching my appointments to here and telling everyone I know about the great service and comfort this dr gave me the staff was amazing and very comforting as well wonderful experience….. for going to the dentist….. as anyone can have thank you again staff

Very unprofessional,DO NOT apply for the syncare credit !!!! Only wanted a cleaning and filling,told me I could pick what I wanted done but somehow charged me 8,500$ to my syncare ,and I'm having issues with them refunding the money on procedures that weren't DONE or wanted

Seriously in pain and shock, had to have a tooth extraction because of the pain I have endured the past month. I could not afford the 700 they wanted for a root canal versus the 70 for an extraction. I call because I am in pain now that the numbing agent is wearing off and they say of course I will be in pain and would have to see the dentist again before he would prescribe anything else. I'm so tired of being in pain. I do appreciate how fast they got me in and prescribed antibiotics but ibuprofen and tylenol is not helping right now. DO Not go here. You will be in pain and they won't help. This has been horrible and traumatic. This is the exact reason people do not go and do not like dentist 🙄
Edited to add- They do not like bad reviews which I am making sure to do. The office has messaged me back, but it was too late. I did not need medication after two days. I also hope the girl who answered the phone and giggled when I said I'm in pain got fired.

My dental hygienist was Dawn and my appointment was a routine cleaning. She is quite knowledgeable, cordial & addressed all of my questions. She has a lot of concern for the well-being of the patient and effectively communicates with both the dentist and the patient. I highly recommend her to other patients and commend Aspen Dental for hiring a person of her caliber.
