I started going to Aspen here in St. Augustine this past December and required extensive dental work to be done. I have been totally and completely satisfied with my experience at Aspen. I was told up front what needed to be done, what my options were and what it would cost including a detailed list of the procedures and the cost of each.
Dr. Rennie and the entire staff are terrific. I couldn't be happier with them. I have never waited more that five minutes past my appointment time, which means a lot to me. The facility is clean, modern and well organized. Couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend Aspen St. Augustine for anyone in need of dental work.

Let me just say this is a great dental office. Everyone is super nice and really try to help you. Dr.Renni the managing dentist is amazing. Honestly, I hate the dentist and I was getting a tooth pulled to make matter worse. He put me to ease and his calming attitude put my anxiety to the side. No pain, well maybe a pinch for the numbing , but that was it. Also, even though I couldn't get financing Kurt was a big help.

Over the top kindness. Great detail when informing you of your situation and options for treatment. It's like they not only care but they enjoy their job. When I explained I could not afford the treatment I wanted they showed me to other options that would meet my budget. Just had a great experience with the people who serviced me.

Had a bad experience with the front desk. I called 2 weeks ago and gave my new insurance information and scheduled the appointment and they told me that they accepted my insurance. Today when I arrived the woman at the front desk said - we do not accept your insurance. I told her I was told that they do, when I scheduled and she said no - we don't accept it. Very cold and rude....When I got home and called my insurance the lady said yes they do accept and even called the office and she also had a bad experience with the same woman. I have schedule elsewhere and will never go back there or recommend them as I have in the past. Obviously they have too much business to turn away patients that quickly!

Techs and receptionist were pleasant and accommodating. Although there was a bit longer wait than I anticipated, once I was seen, my appointment progressed in a timely manner Alicia is a jewel, as were other ladies I interacted with. Dr. Rennie and Kurt were very professional and overall it was a pleasant experience.

I just had a cleaning with a new Hygienist. Her name is Brandi McDonald, and she was amazing! She was fast efficient, thorough, and thoughtful. The other staff at Aspen was also professional and friendly.

Dr Rennie and his entire staff are very compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rennie is outstanding. I have never had a dentist that was so helpful and understanding. He was there to answer all questions thoroughly! His staff is equally impressive! Everything was handled in a very timely manner and truly professional. Thank you for making this experience easy on me! I highly recommend Dr. Rennie and Aspen Dental!

I have to say, going to the dentist is very low on my list of things to do.☹️ With just average dental care most of my life, now numbering 71 years, and throat cancer two years in my rearview mirror... I needed a lot of dental work. I did my research, read the reviews and went to Aspin Dental in St Augustine. Everyone was so nice and helpful, explaining every step along the way. My dentist, and I apologize for forgetting his name...he was from Chicago, had a great bedside manor, answered all my questions and made me feel as though I made the right to come to Aspin. He put together an aggressive plan that fit into my time and payment range. I have three more visits before the major work begins...but I feel great about my decision.
