This was a very DISAPPOINTING experience. The dental hygienist and site dentist were professional and displayed excellent patient empathy in their evaluation of my teeth. Requiring a follow up appointment for cleaning the Office Manager presented a treatment plan which required payment of additional $270. I requested the deep cleaning scaling and root planning covered by my Humana Choice Insurance, The Office Manager rejected this request with comment to effect that "it would be unethical to provide service other than her treatment plan".

At this stage I left the surgery to seek a second opinion

My experience at Aspen Dental in St Augustine was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. I am super scared of the dentist but had a broken tooth that was causing ALOT of pain and needed to be extracted, so I visited Aspen Dental. I am new to the St Augustine area so I had to set up a new patient appt. They did a full set of xrays and a exam by the hygienist and the dentist which by the way was all free of charge as a new patient with no dental insurance. They were able to get me in the very next morning to remove the tooth that was bothering me and even offer finance options if you need them. I did not as was just the extraction so I paid out of pocket about 270 for a surgical extraction. The whole extraction took about 10 minutes and to my surprise was PAINLESS😲😲😲 THE STAFF WAS SUPER NICE.

When I checked in they asked about my last dental experience, it was many years ago all I wrote was Terrifying. I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist ever. You were made to feel wonderful about your self. The entire staff from the moment you walked in till the time you left, were there to help you. They washed away all the fears you have ever had about going to the dentist.

On the 24 th I came in with a very bad toothache. My back tooth had already broke and they worked me in. Everyone from front staff 2 x ray to the dentist assistants they were very helpful and comforting. Most of all cared about me as a person and concerned about the pain I was going through. Dr. Rennie is the most warm hearted soft spoken caring dentist I have ever met. He extracted my tooth with no pain and I was very nervous. I will be his patient for life.

I called over the weekend with tooth pain. Aspen Dental worked me in first thing Monday morning. They gave me a cleaning, and the dr made time to pull my sore tooth. The staff, as well as the dr were more than friendly and accommodating to my needs. I will use them for all my cleanings from now on. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Aspen Dental is the most caring and professional office I have ever received dental services in. If you have any anxiety when visiting the dentist you need to try Aspen. After years of neglect with my mouth, they made it easy and did not make me feel guilty . I am looking forward to my new implants and great new look And Oh Yes, they have several different finance plans that make it possible to get the smile you want.

Better have a LOT of $$$ before you go there! Hubby had a sore tooth so we made a appointment (he got in 10 days later!). Finally he goes in thinking his pain will be ended. While the staff was friendly, seemed knowledgeable and was very reassuring it was a COMPLETE waste of time!!! After about 2 1/2 hrs he walked out with the same pain and the same infection he walked in with. Why? Because we wouldn't commit to over $10,000 worth of dental work and pay up front for it! Seriously? Who EVER heard of seeing a dentist for pain, being told it was infected and needed to be taken out but yet having to walk out without even a prescription for a antibiotic unless you commit to having everything done AND having to make that decision at that moment! Go to a dentist that will care more about the patient then their pocketbook!

After receiving half of a very expensive ($2000+) treatment, I decided to get a second opinion. My other dentist informed me that the original treatment was not necessary at this time, and I would be better off receiving a regular cleaning. I wish I knew this before giving so much money to Apsen Dental. Though the staff is nice, the experience felt too much like a large high pressured sales pitch.

You deserve five stars for outstanding service. My wisdom teeth was removed today without pain. I was in and out of the door before I knew it. The team work was superb. Felt like a family environment for sure. Dr. K. Rennie, Alicia, and Angela Mabry are team players for sure, Not to mention the front desk service, (Alexis Black), that greeted my grand daughter and I with a grand smile. Definitely I plan to recommend you all to my friends and family.
