Worst Dental Experience in my life. Call and asked what it would cost to pull a tooth and they directed me to their website were it shows &131.00 extraction. Made appointment for 8:00am the following day. Arrived at 7:45 and was seen at 9:30. They remind me of a time share I once sat in on. If you buy their comprehensive treatment plan over $1200 they will pull the tooth for $131.00 if you don't it was over $500 to pull. I got up and left never to go back again. They prey on the poor that have no other choice. Stay away 😳

Very professional and efficient. Had an emergency appointment yesterday and even though I had to come back to get my work done they left me feeling very secure about what was going to happen. They electronically sent my prescription so by the time I got to the store it was ready to be picked up. Thank you

I requested an appointment to repair my cracked denture and to purchase a new one as well; and since I had scheduled a trip in a week it was an urgent request. Aspen Dental of St. Augustine managed to get me in quickly and repaired my denture on the spot (having their own in-house lab). I was given a thorough exam by Nora as to my cleaning requirements, x-rays, impressions, and met with the office manager for financial and insurance evaluation. My appointment was pleasurable from the young ladies at the front desk, to the techs in impressions, Tammy from the lab, and the Office Manager. Excited for my next appointment for the fitting for my new dentures and will give you and update!

I had my first appointment yesterday, I was skeptical due to the things I had heard previously. My experience was wonderful, as wonderful as a dental visit can be! The staff is very pleasant and kind. My experience with the dentist was wonderful. There is no judgement at all. They give you your options and give you the pros and cons of each. So far, great experience!

Professional, friendly, thorough, patient, helpful. Can't say enough about everyone who took care of me today. The techs, hygenist, dentist, office manager all top notch.

The staff and dentist are very friendly and knowledgeable here. Marisa did an excellent job with the scans. The hygienist thoroughly cleaned my teeth and provided me with ample information about oral health. I highly recommend this Aspen Dental!

This place absolutely blows. Their dates are off, they are late and definitely very corporately ran. In any way possible, they will try to milk you for any money you have. It took them sending my my crown to even have it fitted properly. Due to this set back, it’s been over six months (hardly) and I won’t be able to continue with the treatment plan that I have sitting right in front of my face.
They will set appointments that cost money (over $150) pretending that it’s just a follow up after you get your teeth deep-cleaned and be unnecessarily thorough to make sure they can swindle you in ASAP. They even tried to throw in a $40 toothbrush and $35 mouthwash that you can buy for less than half the cost at a grocery store.
It is a shame, because the doctors are very kind and hardworking. I’m sure they are underpaid and stressed due to the structure of the company. Stay comfortable and go to a family owned business. Carecredit card is accepted in very many places, so don’t be concerned about looking elsewhere.

Let’s not forget to mention that they allow “apprentices/students” to work on your mouth without consent. The health department should be brought in considering the colors on the sterile bag were improper and the bags were still wet. This is a huge no no.

The staff in front (including the “manager”) that deal with money are very unfeeling and non-understanding if real life issues that hold you back (including Aspen’s very own set backs). They must be paid based on commissions considering how hard they push you towards extra garbage. Watch your paperwork closely. Ask questions, because they won’t be honest or forward about anything. I wasn’t even give warning on a “six month expiration”.

Total trash.

I met with Brittany with the blue scrubs and she was helpful and informative. The doctor with the white coat came in and she was nice and helpful. The doctor with the green scrubs came in and she seemed so judgmental when talking to me and looking at my teeth. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it, she was down right rude. It appears she was trying to shame me into taking care of my teeth which seemed so ridiculous to me.She embarrassed herself and not me from what I see. I think Loretta was her name but she made me not want to return but everyone else that I met was wonderful.

I was seen in a timely manner, the staff was friendly and welcoming and Dr. Rennie is skilled, precise and an extremely GIFTED Dentist.

So far so good here after two appointments. Initial exam had some hiccups with X-Rays and I had some concerns with the way the tech used the same gloved hand to fidget with the cord being dragged on the floor or to hit a button on the wall repeatedly (the same hand that happened to be touching the device that is being inserted in my mouth). Aside from that the hygienists have been great. Nora was awesome. 👍🏼👍🏼
