The office staff is friendly and helpful, they seem to enjoy working together, also. The treatment rooms are comfortable and very clean. Especially liked the Barbie doll getting her teeth whitened. Props to Chyenne for her professional work.

Great staff. Very friendly and answers all your questions. Very caring of the virus and takes all precaustoons for pur safety. Waiting time was minimal. I would recommend this office to everyone who needs dental work.

Called Friday they scheduled him for Saturday for front tooth extraction. The tooth has been going bad since 08. Naturally, they did as all dentist before, "Oh it's a good tooth just needs a root canal and cap. We don't have the insurance costs for the procedure until Monday." I told them during scheduling that he is gone 3 weeks out of the month and to extract the black cracked front tooth (you can see inside from the broken side) and any other rotten teeth that may be next to it. I had planned on getting him the new screw in teeth as a surprise since he is starting a new job week after next and I wanted him to have nice front teeth. Welp they blew that plus waisted one of my precious days with him home, gas, we live in another town, etc. My opinion based on our experience, negative 20. Their money hungry behavior cost them thousands of dollars I will be spending with another dentist.

These people are thieves. I went for the first time and just needed deep cleaning. I have Medicare Humana Insurance. The dental office told me what the insurance will pay and what I would pay so I agreed. So, you would think that will be the end of it..........No. You find out you still owe more. My problem is I keep getting bills saying I owe all kinds of money. My insurance told me what I owe and I paid it. Still getting bills. I canceled my next appointment and won't go back. I will be going back to my Dentist I had before, that doesn't take my current insurance and pay out of pocket.

Everyone I spoke with or saw was exceptionally nice and very efficient. This was my first experience with Aspen, and I was really impressed. The clinic was very modern and clean. Staff was excellent!

Enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere in the place. Really warm and welcoming. I know it sounds weird for a dentist office but its the truth! Lol! Dr. McCollough (hope I spelled it correctly) and her assistance Rose took care of me and they were gentle in all aspects of the visit. Also, it made my heart smile & happy seeing the different ethnic groups of people working there. A bit expensive but the service was PHENOMENAL! 😁😊👍👍#GoAspenDentalStAugustineFL
