Went in as a new patient for the free consultation. Got right in for x rays and the young woman who did them was friendly and did a good job. Thats where the good ends. Got put in a room where i waited an hour for a dental hygenist who was anything but friendly and spoke to me for less then 10min. To add to that do your priceing research as it cost as much to fill a tooth as cut it out at aspen dental. Florida state average price for a tooth filling is $50 per tooth on the low end $150 per tooth on the high end then there is aspen dental coming in at $260 per tooth which is only $15 less then they charge to cut out a tooth. Not impressed with this place in any way, shape or form. Greedy. The only reason i gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the young woman who did the xrays was nice, otherwise it would be 1 star.

It was the best visit. I had to have a deep clean done and the dental hygienist was awesome. He made me feel very comfortable due to my anxiety.

Every staff member I came across during my 1st visit was excellent, and very informative. The Dr. Rennie is extremely skilled, and I trust his recommendation. Great experience at this office.

So I called Aspen because my wife has a broken tooth that been infected for over 4 months now and had gotten to the point she can't sleep talk or eat hardly and had become extremely irritateable, well when I called I explained to them that we are on a low income ATM and can't afford much but we were looking for somewhere to get the tooth extracted that she had already had X-rays and exams done but the previous office didn't take our insurance and wouldn't pull it and this lady proceeds to tell me that the insurance not payment is necessary that they would do exams ad everything for free and get the tooth taken care of for her so she could go back to normal living and they would work out a payment plan cause as I stated before we don't have money for very much right now but can afford payments if they would allow it well I schedule an appointment for her and come in to St. Augustine from interlachen after finding a baby sitter for our two month old just to get get told they were not going to do the extraction like promised with out full payment and they didn't even propose a payment method like promised. Pretty much they were just trying to bait us into paying something we didn't have and my wife is now in worse pain than before because of them poking and prying on the tooth that was broke I will never suggest or refer Aspen to any person after today

I had two extractions done and didn't even feel it. Dr. Rennie was gentle and educated me during the process. The office manager was remarkable and so was the staff.

Came down to St. Augustine for parents weekend at Flagler College and my daughter started having pain in her jaw and tooth sensitivity. We called and they got us in right away. Brought her in as a new patient with a special they have at no charge and performed all necessary X-rays including a panaramic in case it was her wisdom teeth... and it was. They explained everything in great detail as well as provided us copies of the X-rays to take back home to our oral surgeon. Great experience.

BEWARE of Aspen Dental!!! I had an extraction of a tooth and was told I should have a bone graft in the root area of the tooth extracted to the tune of $545.00 only to find out from another dentist that the bone graft in that particular location was totally unnecessary. Also, I was told I had severe periodontal disease, with pocket ratings of 5's & 6's. Aspen dental said I needed periodontal cleanings every three months, at the cost to me of $345 each time. Again, when I got a second opinion I was told my pockets between my teeth were 2's and 3's.
Obviously, I have gone with the second doctor, and would never recommend Aspen to anyone.

Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nora, the hygienist, was very informative and explained what was needed. Dr. Rennie is very friendly, patient, and skilled. Very happy with my visit!
