What a joke of a practice. 1. Made an appointment online, filled out all the paperwork and confirmed. But then I still have to call in to “approve” my own appointment. And then still fill out the same paperwork in office so why bother having an online system at all… 2. Gave the office people my insurance info over the phone the day prior, had to re give it at the desk at my visit. Go through all the scans and multiple people looking at me for over an hour just to get to billing persons room to get a quote of $1200!, ask what about my insurance, “oh we don’t take it”, THEN I WOULDNT HAVE BOTHERED WASTING MY TIME HERE!!! Don’t go here, go anywhere else.

It was excellent all the staff members were very co-operative . Dr Booth was extremely good with extraction of my tooth.

This was the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had! They told me I needed a deep cleaning and they re scheduled the appointment 2 times for that. Also they were supposed to do all my work before my insurance ended. I had paid in advance for my appointments through my insurance while it was still active. But then they reschedule my appointment after my insurance ended. Then I get to the appointment they told me nothing about anything changing and start the procedure and shoot me up with Novocain and then I have a woman coming from the billing department telling me that I owe them $800 more because my insurance didn’t cover the treatment. I said NO I paid for this treatment in advance while my insurance was active and scheduled my appointment in June so why should I have to pay when it was your office that rescheduled my appointment three times and then it got into July and my insurance ended and these people wanted me to pay because they messed up by changing my appointment dates three times! This place will scam you for ever cent you have! In total I had to pay $780 for a simple filling and cleaning!!!!!!! Don’t let this happen to you!

Painfull archaic tools used for in mouth Battery of X Rays . came in for ins covered x rays and exam and simple cleaning ! Instead, told i had needed $2000 worth of work i didnt even come in for, and was Refused simple cleaning i did come in for ???? Like car salesmen trying to not do as requested, and make as Much as they can !

Everyone seemed professional, however I went in for a check up and cleaning and didn't receive my cleaning. Extensive images were taken that took up most of the visit. I did see the Dentist but they said the hygienist couldn't see me to clean my teeth because there wasn't enough time. Its seemed as though they never planned on cleaning my teeth during my visit. I will be finding a new location and request for all my files to be transferred.

First let me say we had to wait just about an hour to go back to room for surgery. NO communication with front of the house staff about why…surgeon apologized there was an younger child then needed emergency surgery. . Surgeon was very nice and patient with our minor child . It would of been nice to know why before we went back . While sitting there waiting.. after a patient calls they talk amongst them self about the patient that just hung up . Very unprofessional . They should not talk about other people and never while you have patient waiting to be seen over hearing all this . Then they over charged for an extra sedation that was never given.

Forced me to open a line of credit for services I never received. Will not answer my calls or communicate to refund me. If you want dental help stay away. They will put you in debt and search for superfluous issues to keep getting paid.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dawn as my dental hygienist. She did awesome job extremely careful not to cause any pain while cleaning my teeth. Thank you Down!
