I liked the respect, cleaning and punctuality. All the staff saw my necessities to talk slowly and used simple words to help my understanding ( I’m just learning English) , when I asked to tireoide protector they found one ( is not necessary expose my glan in x-ray). They made investigating and clear together, this safe my time , the result: I already have my next appointment in 6 months. I don’t like so much the price, but everyone told me, the dentist are so expensive things here.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Estes explained everything to me that he would do and answered all questions that I had. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the low price I had for several x-rays and two extractions. Overall, I can't be more pleased with my experience.

Because my old dental office changed insurance companies, I found myself needing a new dentist. Aspen Dental is close to my house and is located conveniently with plenty of parking. The whole first visit was flawless. X-rays, gum checks, and Dentist examination were timely and effective. I have an appointment for cleaning in March. I highly recommend this place to work with you and your dental needs.

The entire staff was very patient, kind and authentic with me. I was truly embarrassed and emotional about the condition of my teeth and NO ONE made me feel less than. Great Dentist! Great People! Awesome care! You have to go and experience the difference 😅

Friendly staff, clean facility, and a clear explanation of cost and what insurance does and doesn't cover. I had 2 molars extracted at the same time, they were very concerned with making sure it didn't hurt! I highly recommend this office!

Checking in was a pleasure. Staff listened to my concerns and were prompt with what their actions were going to be. They asked the right clarifying questions during my procedure a they went in detail with what my next steps were. Very polite, respectable and responsible with my care. I also appreciate being seen on a short notice. Tooth aches are not fun to begin with. Thank you for all you do. 😃

The Dental Hygienist was awesome. My only criticism is that if Aspen Dental is an emergency dental practice, if I came in for dental issue such as a cavity, it should be taken care of on that date. I should not have to schedule an appointment two weeks out.

Made our appointments for Oct. about 3 months in advance (July), had our dental records forwarded to FL from PA, went through filling out all that paperwork. Then we're told the day before our appointment, they will NOT do a cleaning on the 1st visit, so we canceled our appointment. Now we have to wait until Jan 26th for our new dentist. We NEED a cleaning!! They said they need the 1st visit to determine what type of a cleaning we need. Sounds scammy !

Go in for my new patient appointment and turns out the X-ray is down so took off work for nothing, who has only one X-ray and no one told me till I got there and waited. Never had this issue in all my 40 plus years of dental anywhere
