BEWARE!!! I don’t write negative reviews but this is necessary. We have the best dental insurance you can get and this office tried to over charge un-necessary charges that “none were covered”. Thank goodness we got a 2nd opinion and found out everything they quoted was completely bogus. Run away from this place and don’t look back.

Overall, I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I give it 4 stars for the work performed and the friendly staff over my multiple visits. I did have two appointments where I spent well over an hour sitting in the lobby, past my appointment time. Another appointment they didn’t have the proper tools. I spend 17 minutes on hold to make sure everything was in prior to another appointment (I get the short staff situation). And my last complaint- is the bathroom. There is ONE to share. I recommend someone clean it daily, possibly a few times as it was nasty at 3pm. Toilet paper is always either almost out or not present. The trash was overflowing and looked as if it hadn’t been changed all week.

Scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend. They had us contact his insurance to verify that they are network. This was about 3 to 2 weeks before his appointment. They then contacted him asking for his insurance information that I gave them over the phone 3-2 weeks ago. He shows up for his appointment, immediately pays a $30 fee and waits 30 minutes to be informed that they are not in network. I used to work in the dental field. I know that they are supposed to verify insurance before the patients scheduled appointment to insure they don't waste people's valuable time. Very disappointed.

The customer service was great as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk. The staff that provided my xray is very professional and polite. She explained what was being done. The hygienist is very knowledgeable and explained all the things she would be doing to check my teeth and gums. She gave me details of what I need to do on my part to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Amaral provided me with information what work up done he would be doing with my teeth and gums and keep it healthy.

I am the emergency contact on an account of an adult client of theirs. Aspen Dental keeps sending me their bill and REFUSES to stop. They even told me they will report ME to the credit Bureau if I don't pay it!! UNTHINKABLE!!
