Honestly gio
The I squealed when the hygienist poked my gums with the tooth scaler while cleaning teeth and all she said was " was that your tooth or your gums"-- I'm thinking my gums duh! She didn't even apologize. Plus I pointed out that she didn't floss all of my teeth in a row and she said she did. I'm very observant, but I let her off the hook and told her to just forget about it. Front desk and patient check out customer service is superb though.

Rating should be negative 5; Aspen charges up front before they will do a procedure; when they get payment form insurance they do not refund money. There is some funny accounting going on if you know what I mean. They are still saying I owe them money. I paid them full price up front and after they received half of the cost from insurance, they would not give me a refund for that amount. The office manager, Jessica, is very rude, said we actually owed them money, and argued with us over the phone, begged for time to figure it out and then never called us back, instead turned us over to collection agency.

I went looking for a Denist. Heard a lot of good points of view from a lot of different folks. I never felt at ease as I did during my visit. From the lady at the front desk. The x-ray tech. as well as the lady that dental hygentist . Dr. Estes was very friendly professional and on point with the info . They really give me a sense of safety when comes to going to a Dentist. I recommend them to others . I can't believe I missed them all this time. Now I feel cool going to a Dentist. 😃😁

50 years of no dental care. I came in scared, anxious, and embarrassed. Everyone made me feel safe and reassured me. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist and everyone in between, really care about you. My smile has been restored and now I have more confident and smile a lot more. Excellent customer service. In and out as promised. Hygienist was very helpful in talking to my son about his teeth and the proper ways to brush. Huah - the Office Manager was very helpful. Talked about future visits and keeping up with my son's dental health.

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was amazing - so steady of hand and thorough in cleaning. She was gentle and I had no soreness afterwards. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5th star is there is a long wait for appointments if you have to cancel and reschedule one.
