Worst time dealing with Candice regarding refund due back from over charging us twice. My husband is dead and they keep making excuses even after I have Humana rep call and fax claim is done. Refund is due from May visits..

This place just keeps getting worse still no refund and last month I got a bill for my daughter because they billed for a doctor that isn't covered. Error on their part, I spoke to Candice yet again she said it would be adjusted off right then. Now I get a final notice bill and Candice will not take my call but Tiffany has no problem hanging up on me for calling

I used to really like this facility. Unfortunately, the past few visits have been unpleasant. Messed up billing, lost appointments, a phone system that gets stuck in a cycle, and now pain underneath on a filling/crown they just did a few weeks ago. Very disappointing.

I've been a patient of Aspen for about 8 months, and I had major work done in may of 19. I have been working out of town since my oral surgery. I had a denture break in January of 20 and I called the closest Aspen branch I could find. I called them after lunch on a Thursday and explained my problem and I was in their office by 5 that day. I checked in and immediately got taken back, the dentist wanted to check out my mouth and found a filling that had fallen out. I was in temporary partials at this time. They took impressions and handed me my repaired partial and asked if I could return in a week for my permanent partials. A week later I'm back, the dentist refilled the filling that had come out at no charge and my dentures were perfect. I can't say enough good about each member of the staff at this branch. They understood my embarrassment of the broken denture and repaired it within 5 hours of my phone call for help. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I highly recommend the yulee branch.

I'll be honest -- I was nervous about going to a corporate dental office. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I talked with someone at the corporate office in Syracuse NY until I walked into their Yulee, Florida, office. What a fabulous staff! From the receptionist, the office manager, the hygenist, the x-ray technician to the actual dentist, it was pure perfection. I am so happy to have found my "home town" dentist. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!!!!

Couple bad issues with our previous dentist. My husband and I went in 4 our regular 6 month exam and cleaning, which our insurance covers 100%.my cleaning was $202
My husband has 2 wait for next payday 4 his cleaning. Every one was very nice, just expensive. I didn't see any difference from the cleaning I get every 6 months from previous hygienist. Aspen called this a maintenance cleaning????? We will continue to use them, we both liked everyone and Dr.Murphy explains things we can understand.

Everyone at this dentist office greeted me and spoke to me like I was already a friend even though it was my first visit. I was notified and able to be seen hours before my scheduled appointment due to cancellations. The doctor was kind enough not only to address all of my issues but print out his recommendations for a pediatric dentist in the area for my baby. At time of check-out they presented me with a projected itemized notification for my next visit including what insurance would cover so that there would be no surprise charges. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
