It was a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly and listened when I had questions. Did not take action to address my immediate need but did make me feel comfortable. A new plan of action is now in place but was postponed 3 days.
Am satisfied with the plan and liked the center very much. Will continue to visit the center.

My husband and I were disapointed on this recent visit. We came in for routine teeth cleaning. We had a very difficult time understanding the hygenist especially when her mask was in place. The equipment did not seem to be working for her so my cleaning was short and unsatisfactory. Due to this same issue my husbands cleaning was interrupted for 15 minutes. He just had to lie there without explanation or at least an explanation he could understand. I found the area to be not very clean. Dental floss on the floor when I arrived. It was still there when my husband was shown in. Overall very displeasing. Front office staff was great as per usual. Since this review Aspen has satisfactorily reached out to me. I was very pleased with this and they will continue to be our dental facility.

Wow, super impressed! Staff is friendly, appointment center is prompt and helpful..plus the Dentist doesn't try to just milk you for money He seems to genuinely care about your oral wellbeing!!

Great work, pulled 2 wisdom teeth and 2 molers in less than an hour with little to no pain. Dr. Milton is good at what he does! Going back soon to get a cavity fixed and expect the same great service.

Since I just moved here from out of state, I didn’t have Fl insurance. I was told on the phone that the exam would be free and all I really wanted was my teeth cleaned. After I review with my teeth they quoted me $600 for a teeth cleaning. That was absurd and I wasn’t going to pay it. I will be back once I have Florida dental insurance and hope to have a better experience.

All the staff members, Dr Amaral and the Hygienists were really good. Explained all the details of the treatment I needed and front staff helped me for financial and Insurance part. Very friendly and highly recommended office in the area!!!

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists but they were very courteous and professional. I appreciated that they did everything in their power to make me comfortable. Two days post extraction and the pain is bearable. Ibuprofen is a lifesaver!

The dentists and hygenists do a good job at Aspen Dental but the overall feel of the business is very corporate and money/ payment oriented. While I appreciate knowing the costs of my services, I feel like it is a bit tacky to hit you with the bill the minute you sign in for your appointment. How about letting me finish writing my name before you make me pay for my cleaning that I haven't even gotten yet!

Was very disappointed with Aspen Dental. When I scheduled my appt with them I was advised they take my insurance. My wife even called to change to this location and they verified insurance again and was told they accept our insurance. When I got to my appointment.. I was then told that they in fact do not take our insurance. Waste of time.

My first experience here unprofessional, but the dentist that saw me the first time was very nice and explained everything. The dentist that actually did my procedure (I ended up needing a tooth pulled) was a douche! I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to a bad experience a few years ago and I felt like he talked down to me and shamed me for it. I didn’t feel at ease, I just felt like a paycheck! I definitely won’t choose that office for the $6000 worth of other work they claim I need!
