Always a great experience, been going to ASPEN dental for 5 years.
They don't try to up sell you for additional treatments. They take good care of my teeth and are very reasonable with pricing.

A horrendous experience!! The 'exam' that I received was nothing more than the dentist looking in my mouth for 60-90 seconds and saying.... 'looks good' then they got on to the money making part which was the $1000+ dollars that they collected between my co-pay and what they screwed the insurance company for. It was not even a thorough cleaning. They didn't even polish my teeth when they were done. I've never seen anything like it in my 49 years of going to the dentist. Never again!! I will also be contacting Met Life Dental to let them know that neither of us got what we paid for. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your dental needs. Really... almost anywhere else would certainly be better. I'll review Facebook when I have time.

Horrible nasty service! just because my husband was 6mins late. I Made an appointment for him there bc he has NY health Ins, we were looking for dentist that had late hours and affordable so Yulee location was one of them. He’s in the south for a Federal academy in GA so he had to travel from there to FL. When he got there they gave him a hard time at the Yulee location in Florida. He did call saying he was running 6mins late. once there he they gave him the run around about some fees and later he decided to pay whatever they were requesting. He was as calm as possible. But they said it was too late to do any procedures on him. Manager Candice was no help. I’m sorry the expression but she was useless. I’m a nurse and I know how the managers handle every patient with care but she was very nasty to him that She CALL THE COPS ON HIM. once the cops were there he explain the situation and even the cops said that they just wanted him out since they wanted to go home early. the experience he has there was not necessary. Hope they can correct certain personnel at that location. But don’t recommend it at all.

New patient appointment. I went to the office in Yulee. Everyone was so nice, the entire place is spotless, rates are reasonable and they took care of my broken tooth right then and there. The doctor took the time to tell me my options, listen to my concerns and we both came up with a plan to get my smile back. I have been dentist shopping for a very long time.... I finally found where I belong :)

The medical and office staff were amazing! There was a severe traffic situation going on in front of the office right before my appointment and office staff took the time to call me to alert me of the situation and even offered detour directions since I was unfamiliar with the area. My dentist and his support staff worked quickly and thoroughly to address my dental concerns and gave me a treatment plan that made sense and was very affordable I love this place!!!

I had my first appointment with Aspen Dental in Yulee in January. I have since had 3 crowns and a cleaning done. I have always had very professional and friendly service and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. If you need to have dental work done, this is the place to go. They make the whole experience better by their great attitudes and friendliness. I love that they have late hours and Saturday hours to accommodate my work schedule. I cannot say enough to express how wonderful the entire staff is and especially Dr. Estes. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them in a manner that is easy to understand. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Estes and Aspen Dental. Thank you for all you do!

The staff did everything they could to get me last minute before I had to fly out for a trip. Oral surgeon and his staff were very friendly and just plain AWESOME! I have needle anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable and safe.

I was very pleased with the dental examination I received on September 23. The dental staff was very thoughtful and thorough. The follow up instructions were clear. Dr. Gregory Sabino was very professional and thorough during the evaluation of my X-rays and my oral exam. I recommend this Aspen office for anyone looking for quality dental care.
