I had my cleaning done by pooja and she was the best!!! very friendly and super nice! I would recommend aspen dental in Yulee to anyone!

They are very kind and thorough.. they offer a full range of dental services. Face it, no one likes to go to the dentist.. and they understand that and make extra efforts so that you are comfortable in every facet of the process.
We highly recommend them for family and friends and refer them any time the subject comes up..

Very professional and friendly. I had not been to a dentist in 10 years. The did not make me feel bad or ashamed. They encouraged that I’m coming to them to get better. Great exam and their financial people worked well with my insurance. Highly recommend

We are new to the area; 14 months ago we moved here from California. Our Medi-Care plan offers a dental cleaning once a year. I saw the same dentist in CA every 6 months for the last 13 years, and have kept my dental health in good condition. I made an appointment last month with Aspen Dental for their required "check up/exam" so I could then get a basic cleaning. Their hygienist gave me a very dismal report on my dental "condition" and an estimated $1,658.00 of "needed" Deep Cleaning. I was confident that this was inaccurate. We had a Home for the Holidays trip planned to go back to CA and spend time with our daughter and son-in-law, so I call my old dentist to see if I could get into see him and get a second opinion. I saw him on 12 /21/18 and he confirmed my suspicion that this extensive work was definitely NOT NEEDED, and that a simple cleaning was in order.
I called Aspen Dental to schedule this cleaning and was told that they would only preform what the hygienist had recommended. I asked her 4 times if she was saying that they are refusing to do the work covered by my plan, and would only see me if I agreed to do the $1,658.00 worth of work, and she finally said that; yes, that was correct.
It is obvious to me that Aspen Dental is looking to gouge patients by "offering" (requiring) what they say a patient needs, which is blatant fraud in my opinion. I will be pursuing this in more depth with my health plan

The Front desk assistant, Candace was very polite and patient. Kaylee the Assistant, was professional and I can tell she loved her career! Mrs. Marlo did FANTASTIC work on my cleaning. Mrs. Marlo has a good spirit too. Dr. Carl Amaral has chosen a GREAT team! When he examined my teeth, he gave me vital and thorough information on the condition of my teeth and gums. Never did I ever feel uncomfortable while on my visit. Office Manager, Lori gave TERRIFIC customer service and that was the icing on the cake for me! Thank you Aspen Dental of Yulee! Brought my son here yesterday for what I feared was an abscess. The receptionist was beyond welcoming and chatted with him about Minecraft, the woman who took his X-rays was patient with a great sense of humor, and the dentist was amazingly sweet. The dentist didn't treat my child like he wasn’t there, he asked him questions directly and patiently waited when my son took a bit to answer. He checked and found it wasn’t an abscess and also checked for any cavities while there. My son is no longer terrified of the dentist and I couldn’t ask for more. It was a wonderful experience and I am so thankful to the entire staff.

Welcoming from the moment you walk in the office and everyone is courteous, professional and polite. No wait like you typically have at any kind of doctor's office. Would definitely recommend and trust the team at Aspen Dental will take care of all my dental needs!

I have been to two dentists before fo a similar issue an abscess tooth that had swollen the gum. One of the being aspen dental and one was a fancy place in bay meadows. The 1st place charged about 170 for the Visit the landed the infection and gave me something for the pain for 2 days while I was waiting for the antibiotics to start working. Aspen dental charged me 130 almost as much. But the refused to lance the boil even though I would have gladly paid whatever for some sense of relief they refused to give me anything for pian while they could cleary see the infection. They were very rude. And went as far as to treat me like a lesser being simply because I didn't want to be in pain. So 130 dollars for penicillin basically. I didn't want to go to Jacksonville I was in alot of pain but my old dentist there would have charged me 50 dollars for exam and helped me with the pain. I was willing to pay extra due to convenience since they were close and other dentists around here wanted me to wait till after Christmas.i will never go here agian I will drive to California for an exam before I return here. I have never seen such horrible customer service and uncompassionate ppl. Worst dental experience ever. Ruined my day on top of the excruciating pain they refused to do anything about even after takeing such an outrageous fee. You can get a Normal extraction at some places for cheaper than they charged me for a half measure exam.
