I had a very good experience; my back molder was loose and painful and I had to get to a dentist right away. I do not have dental insurance; Aspen was professional, prompt, courteous, and resolved my tooth problem with out pain. I give them 5 stars, thank you Aspen Yulee, Florida

I had a horribly painful tooth ache last weekend. Could not sleep or eat. I haven’t been to a dentist in years but the last visit to dentist was Aspen Dental in Yulee Florida and had a good experience on that visit so I was in front of their office at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning. After they opened and I signed in and the staff could tell the pain I was in agreed to work me in as soon as possible even though I had no appointment or dental insurance. After approximately 30 minutes the staff x-rayed my tooth and found part of my filling had broken off and I had a bad infection. After the doctor checked my tooth and x-rays out he said the only option I had to relieve the pain and get rid off the infection was to pull the tooth and take antibiotics. After I authorized the removal and paid for the x-rays and the tooth removal he promised he would have me out of there in 45 minutes. Bottom line is I walked out of Aspen Dental at 10:00 am with the tooth removed and my prescriptions for pain and antibiotics ready at Publix. I don’t see how any dental office could have done more. The entire staff was sympathetic, professional, courteous and genuinely caring and friendly.

STAY AWAY !! Worst place I have ever been for dentist. Worried more about the upsell than the concern at hand. Told me they would check to see if this dentist is in the network for my insurance. Told me yes, than no after the work was done. They said they would try to get me a refund, but that was 3 months ago. Called to get an update and the guy is no longer with them and they have no record of my incident. Lost out on $608.00

The Yulee office is always professional, polite and on time. Whether from Dr. Estes or Dr. Murphy, patients receive an honest assessment and excellent treatment.
Recently I had a cleaning by Ms. Abby. She was thorough and knowledgeable with using cleaning instruments. Plus she applied ultrasonic technology with precision causing no discomfort; a first in my experience.
I recommend requesting her services.

I am impressed with Aspen dental. My front toothed cracked and I needed help badly. They told me to come in immediately. I was able to get a root canal done. They truly cared and was amazing during the whole procedure.

Nice friendly staff. Called to make appointment and they gathered all my insurance details, took less than 5 minutes. Got an appointment, got in. Filled out paperwork. Go get the xray and initial exam. They explained to me (multiple times actually) what they wanted to do and why. Clear billing and they will be happy to explain it to you, just remember it's dental work and not cheap. I'm having 10k worth of work done before insurance, they tell what insurance covers and what it doesn't. My total was 2800 for multiple major operations, fillings, and crowns. They can help finance this if your credit is good or, if you have no credit like me, can help you pay for it per operation/milestone. They prioritize the pain first then onto reconstruction so to make sure you can atleast live a life. Removals are cheap for me and the crowns cost alot so it makes sense to do the payments as that's something I don't care for. I just don't want hurting teeth. We will see how surgery and recovery goes!
