They were good. I gave a 2 because unfortunately they like to tap your checkbook or credit card for payment upfront. Then your bill is put it thru to your insurance. The payout from the insurance company is then added as a credit to your bill, which I didn’t appreciate. Therefore you NEVER get reimbursed by your insurance company. I had to finally call Aspen and ask for my money since all the dental work was completed and paid for upfront by me!
Not a way to do business. There are other better dentists on the island and much more knowledgeable. then Aspen! Yes they try to do corporate Style dentistry. So do your homework & check out other practices!

Continuously picks the phone up and puts you on hold over and over for 15+ minutes without saying a word. Everytime I call! I just want to confirm my appointment! :(

Writing for elderly mother. Crown placed incorrectly. Had sharp edge she had to go back immediately after placement to have “corrected “. Still having serious problems with it 3 months later. Pain, sensitivity in it. Appears they didn’t size it correctly. And don’t even visit their restroom unless urgent:It’s atrocious!!! Absolutely disgusting three different visits!!!

Front Desk is very polite. The staff is very professional and kind. The doctor is highly skilled, professional and above all compassionate. Dr. Karl Amaral is a great doctor.

Second time with Aspen Dental. The appointment scheduling was easy. Very much automated. Each person I met was pleasant and knowledgeable about their job. The dental hygienist was gentle and very thorough. The location was clean and parking was easy. Great 2nd visit with Aspen dental.

Aspen Dental service was great. They answered all questions I had, as well as, making sure I understood what all my options were. However, after paying the bill and my insurance paying their part, I get a bill (a year later) telling me I still owe them the amount Paid by the credit card company. AND this was after the office manager informed me that I was caught up on my bill a month before. Now I am not wanting to deal with them for any further procedures.

The Yulee location of Aspen Dental has as long as I have been a member been a very wonderful place to visit. They answer the phone when you call and if you come in to the office with an issue they go out of their way to help fix the issue while you are there. I highly recommend the Yulee FL location of Aspen Dental.

Dr. Amaral was kind, patient, and informative. The dental assistants made this experience all the better and the Assistant Office Manager (Katia, I'm so sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) was quick, informative, and very patient. Her Harry Potter purse was also very cute. I'll be sure to point my friends and family in their direction. ;)
