Dr Lee and the the hygienists and other staff at Island Dental are fantastic! Dr Lee does not talk down to you or treat you like a child. If you don't floss, he reminds you that it is very important and why and then moves on. If you need work done, he is clear about your options and is not looking to make the most money from the issue. The hygienists are so thorough. My teeth have never felt so clean.

I had an emergency dental problem while on vacation from San Diego. The team managed to get me a same day appointment with Dr. Lee. Everyone from start to finish was professional. Dr Lee gave me some options and a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers to help me until I returned home to see my regular dentist. Thank you for saving my vacation!

Dr Hoke has been my dentist for 17 years. He is amazing and his staff are great! I have a terrible gag reflex and anxiety related to dentists and he has amazing tricks to make me calm down. He has done so much work in my mouth and I enjoy seeing him and his friendly staff. I couldn’t recommend him more! My teeth are so clean and white and healthy. I called to make an appointment because I’m in pain. I called them because they specifically mention that they treat people on vacation. When I called they said they are not taking visitors who have traveled in last 14 days. I am spending a month in Maui so I asked for an appointment after 14 days. They tried to avoid seeing me by saying they are completely booked up for treatments. When I mentioned we have been tested for Covid-19 and have negative results still i was told they can’t see me. When asked for recommendations in Maui for another dentist they were not any help. I strongly suggest they change the message on their website and inform consumers about their Covid-19 policy.

I came in not knowing my insurance info and left with my info and my co pay explained to me with patients and general info I could understand considering that I had just had an extraction.
