Talk about service... Called on Monday with bad pain. I was in by Tuesday and it was according to my schedule. I go to school Tues-Sat 9:30-5 not to mention I live out of town. Finding a dentist with flexible hours was what I thought... Impossible. My old dentist would generally take
at lead a week to get into and I always had to work around her schedule. The wait time wasn't anything like I am used to. I was back in a chair within 10 minutes of walking through the door. The made it comfortable, quick and efficient. Normally my X-rays would even hurt the way the tech would gag me with price they put in your
mouth. Their tech did it without discomfort and didn't have to retake 1 shot. The dentist was professional did my root canal and extraction when the two other dentist said it wasn't possible, I need to see an oral surgeon. They worked with me on my payment and I now feel content know this dreaded process is going to be over. Thank you and your staff for making this a better experience than I ever could image at a dentist office. I look forward to bringing my little ones to you for all their dental care!!!!!

I broke my front tooth at 10 yrs old and have been in dentists offices for over 40 yrs. I can appreciate being from another country and maybe being a bit on the less than social side.The experience felt like a game of hide and seek. Everthing done behind me with little interaction. 3 days later after 2 extractions I am in so much pain with nothing and feel that calling would be a waste of time. Can't go back after this experience.

The women that work there are WONDERFUL! It is the main doctors I’ve had issues with. I am highly allergic to nickel and they still continued to place silver filling in my teeth that look absolutely disgusting. The way my teeth look now as a 23 year old that had braces for 3 years is just horrid. After I’ve repeatedly told them I’m allergic to nickel and it’s caused migraines and breakouts, along with putting a toxin in my bloodstream that I now have to deal with, they refused to replace them and gave me a referral. This took 2 separate appointments for them to tell me this. I’m so upset. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Great staff! Very welcoming & friendly! I've got filling, root canals, crowns, & molars taken out with no problems!! I have a perfect smile now! Would definitely recommend to everyone! Thank u Lakewood family dental! See you in 6 months for my 6 month cleaning!!! 😁😁

Miss. Denise is the most gentle dentist I have had in a long time

nurses are great but the dentist was rough with my extracts. I got 4 of my bottom from teeth done and he was fast but it hurt really bad 10 minutes after I left and he only prescribed me 6 tylenol 3s. also was pretty rude and didnt talk much. stabbed the side of my mouth while stitching me. do not reccomend.

Had a very good experience. I was extremely nervous to visit the dentist. The staff understood and were very, very nice. They didn't rush any of the procedure yet got it done quickly. I was done and didn't even realize it! I would recommend them to anyone who's afraid of dentist, like me. I appreciate that they were gentle and understanding. My outlook on dentists has now changed. Bless them all.

I was told bad things about this place. I was looking for a dentist who doesn't send you to a costly surgeon to do extractions. Also wanted a dentist who didn't try to sell you everything under the sun. I wanted someone who could get you in for emergencies. I was recently in the ER and needed a dentist quick! This place got me in last min. on a Saturday afternoon! Glad I didn't listen to people who told me not to go to this establishment. It's the first time in my life I've had a surgical extraction and woke up the next day with no pain, and no pain pills! The staff was great as well! Good people! Highly recommend! I will be returning, and bringing my family! I should also add that I have the best Dental insurance available and can go anywhere I choose. This will be my choice from now on!

If I could give this place a -10 I would. DO NOT go here. Was supposed to get Crowns on my upper front teeth. The dentist did not introduce himself, did not check if I had an infection and took his tool to my teeth for 1 minute and put a latex/ plastic cover over them. Left me in pain for the past two and a half months. Finally got into a new dentist and I have a severe infection and the dentist is not sure if they can be saved! Stay away from them!!!!

I can’t leave a review without giving at least 1 star. I give 0 stars. The dentist(who didn’t ensure my son’s mouth was properly numbed before drilling to do his fillings) kept threatening my, already terrified of him, son with me having to drive him up to Chicago and him needing to get a big shot. He even pulled the giant needle out(as my son was screaming in pain and terror of the man) and said “Do you want to get this big shot?” Then the dentist proceeded to tell my 7 year old son, that was in pain from not being completely numbed, that he was screaming like a little girl. If he hadn’t just drilled holes into my son’s teeth, I would have left mid visit, however, I couldn’t walk my son out of that office with holes in his teeth. Terrible pediatric dentist. Terrible. My son was crying and terrified of the man. I felt bad for having to talk him into willing to stay to let the terrible man finish his teeth. The dentist left filling stuff all over the rest of his teeth too. Not happening again.
