After my treatments for cancer in 2020 I was very worried about my oral health. I was very nervous because I heard a lot of horror stories that other cancer patients had lost all their teeth. At my first appointment I met Kyle who was very good at putting my mind at ease. He was very thorough and answered all my questions about my care. He even scanned my teeth for Invisalign when I had told him about my concern that my teeth had shifted back after my puppy ate my retainer. I never realized how many options of care there were. Dr. Z has done 2 fillings so far on teeth I thought couldn't be saved. I didn't even feel the injection which for me is another scary part. I don't usually write reviews but I can't stop bragging about this office. They have put my fears at ease. Thanks Dr. Z for such a great experience.

Zero complaints. I had great interactions with everyone I had contact with. My Hygentist, Kyle was great, he was incredibly knowledgeable and just a nice guy. Dr.Z was very nice for the brief interaction I had with her this go around.

My husband had a tooth break and it needed to be removed. They got him in right away, made him very comfortable and came up with a plan to remove the tooth. Today, Dr.Z removed the tooth. He was very nervous but the entire staff made him very comfortable and he was surprised at the lack of pain before and during the procedure. Thank you all from one very grateful wife.

From scheduling online, to the pleasant and professional treatment throughout my visit , Josie and Dr. Z, could not have treated me better. Efficient and effective. Considering this was my first experience there, I had a comprehensive exam, and had my teeth cleaned in no time at all!

Kyle Hayse was absolutely amazing! He kept me informed in EVERYTHING he was doing, gave me all the information I asked for and needed and all during that time he made me feel completely comfortable! Laughs were heard out in the hallway and I bet all the other people here wanted to be in this room! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend him for your dental needs!!!!

I’m working here in Peoria from another state and had a crown come off. The office was able to squeeze me in to the schedule the same day I called and reseat my crown for an incredibly low cash price. This was great as I currently do not have dental insurance. Thanks for your prompt attention to my rather urgent need. I highly recommend Northgate Family Dental.

Utensils were not clean (I could literally take my nail and scrape brown stuff out of the grooves) and there was a lot of rushing. Skeptical about the insurance because they told me I needed to pay for something that should have been covered by my insurance . Will not be back. The "insurance pro" lady also said she was 98% sure my exam would be covered with my insurance and my insurance told me after that its not covered . This place is not clean and they are taking money from patients.

Money hungry, patients are not the first priority. Cancelled my appointment, no notice. Lost my phone Sunday before the 4th of July. They must of texted me on Tuesday bc of the holiday. Go in on Wednesday my appointment had been cancelled no email or anything. Was my last week of dental insurance. Before I start a new job and have to go without of insurance for a few months. Hope I don't end up needing a crown because of this. Just be cautious of working with them. Some staff are little rough with your mouth too.
