Dr. Lambourne and his staff were amazing! The doctor is very knowledgeable, honest, and had a high standard of care. I felt that he truly had my best interest at heart. My hygienist, Shelly explained everything to me. The entire staff was welcoming and the treatment was affordable. My 4 year old son had a cleaning and filling done as well. The doctor and his assistant were patient and caring with him!! This was by far the best dental experience we've ever had.

I had a really good first experience here! Maddy (sp?) was really friendly and helpful. She answered any questions I had and she was very personable. She made sure I understood each step that she did when it came to xrays down to what each number they use to “rate” your teeth and gums means. They were also very helpful in explaining and breaking down what each cost you have is/comes from. Overall, a good experience!

Dr. Taylor and the ladies at Northgate are AWESOME! They are always professional and very caring. They will make time for their patients even if it means staying late. They do everything within their means to make you comfortable and go above and beyond to attend to whatever you need. They are all so compassionate and hate to see you in pain. They do whatever is needed to see to it that the patient is taken care of.

Always a friendly, accommodating, caring and helpful staff! I am still trying to talk them into getting the nitrous gas because I am not one to get anything done besides a routine cleaning without it! Hopefully, that’s all I will ever need though! Definitely recommend Northgate!

The staff is very friendly and courteous of your needs. The hygienists go above and beyond to make you comfortable with questions or concerns you may have. The dentist is friendly and informative and tries to make the experience more than just “a visit to the dentist”. Would recommend, and have recommend, friends and family and I will continue to do so.

Beside of checking between my gums and telling me that I need to do a fill up on one of my tooth; I didn’t receive a proper clean up of my teeth. It is true that the tech who took care of me did flush my teeth but she did not brush it as I used to have done at my previous dentist. So this is the second time it happened. That being said: I will like to have another tech to take care of me next time at my next appointment otherwise I will rather look for another dentist.

Staff was extremely helpful with my change in existing insurance coverage and my hygienist was very professional and helpful. She even educated me on specific whitening information. I work for the health department and they are clean and her infection control was phenomenal.
