Love dentist “they have now” but that will change. Higeneist said she did things to my teeth while cleaning that she did not do. Very upset about that.
I started with 2 partials and 4 crowns and they tried to make me pay an extra $2400.00 after work was done. Didn’t happen. Make sure every agreement is signed and a copy saved. If you have insurance it seems prices are sky high. I just feel like I’ve been screwed every time I leave that place. I will never be back.

We received warm, considerate, care from the staff at Aspen. Dr Khan made a point of explaining the needed procedure to my spouse, providing her great comfort and confirming a diagnosis that other clinics had overlooked.

My first impression of this office was not a good one. I walked into an empty office with no receptionist. I waited thinking someone would be back soon, surly they know I have an appointment in just a few minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes without seeing anyone the girl walks out of the back corner office. She goes to every cubical checks the phones, messes with some things on her desk (all while shes already made eye contact with me without acknowledging me) she finally asks, can I help you. So I'm said, "Yeah I've been waiting for 10 minutes I have an appointment." All she said is so, did you sign in. I said no I wasn't sure what to do I'm a new patient. So she hands me paper work and while myself and my friend wait she makes a personal call bitching about her job and how shes going to be in trouble and doesn't care. Once I got in the back things improved the x-ray tech was nice she had really turned my view around on the office. But only for a short time. After the doctor looked at my X-rays she showed me "several" trouble areas where I had cavities. They said they would have their office manager who was out for the day call me in the next day or so discuss my options. Two days later she called, she told me I had a lot of cavities which I knew the doctor informed me, (by alot I'm thinking more than 5 less than 10. I asked the woman how many did I actually have, she said 18 cavities, along with 1 extraction and a possible root canal. I could have fainted. I don't have bad teeth however I don't floss like i should but DAMN. So after reading some review on here (that i no longer see) I went to another local dentist for a second opinion and gratefully! After my visit with this dentist did I find I DO NOT HAVE 18 cavities!! I in fact have less than 1/2 of those 18 cavities. Absolutely ridiculous. Yes, I know different doctors have opposing opinions that's what 2nd OPINIONS are for but. to have such an extreme difference in the two opinions, ridiculous. I could understand maybe 1-2 maybe 3 cavities off but not over half. do not go to Aspen! Plus they told me had I had the work done with them my insurance would cover over 1/3 of the costs, well according to my policy that was also a lie. So my out of pocket would have been double what they claimed, go to a real dentist. these people are simply looking out for theirselves

Got me in within 30 minutes of calling to get a tooth removed. They had it out in less than 30 seconds with very little bleeding. Almost 0 pain the next day. Would highly recommend.

Dental staff nice and friendly...However, manager was slightly deceptive on billing and charges. I requested to pay for my cleaning and filling all in one day (and was told that i did) but when i went for my 2nd appt (the filling) they sat me down afterwards and told me I owed an additional 80 bucks for the filling. When i reiterated that I had previously been told that I paid in full for both appts, the hygienist told me I needed to sign the receipt anyway and they would call me back, and that she couldn't access my payments "at the moment". I'll still look into it and pay, but don't tell me I paid for everything and then backtrack. It is pretty deceptive. I am thankful that the dentist and hygienist helped, but I will not be returning.

side note: I know 80 bucks doesn't sound like much, but I am 21 and don't make a lot of income.

I had Amanda as my dental hygentist and it was the best experience I have had at the dentist in years. Thank you Amanda Aspen is very lucky to have you. And thank you Aspen Dental far having someone there like Amanda.

Dr Khan was very pleasant and her work was excellent. I felt very comfortable w/ her which made my experience very positive. I will go back to her for any of my dental needs.

Prakash as always show great knowledge of his field The technician who is kind new at that location had great client skills as well as performing the task requested. They were able to adjust my dentures to the degree l would let them

Dr Phillips and the ladies that were there today 👌🏼 He explains everything and has a sense of humor which is nice. And he knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable and experienced

The was the 2nd time they refused to do a normal teeth cleaning and demand a deep extensive plaque cleaning and a very inflated price.
Also, they group a whole complete dental plan at thousands of dollars, other than breaking it out into individual procedures that you can afford.
Basically, both procedures above, puts you out of your financial capabilities and you are unable to have any dental work done.
You are forced to go somewhere else.
