Best dentist experience I have had. The assistants and hygienists were amazing, and Dr. Mosquera checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. So happy to have found a dentist that is personable and highly skilled.

Every single employee was extremely kind and polite. Everything was explained to my father (the patient) and myself in great detail that was easy for us to understand. Even though we still had some questions, from the treatment plan all the way to scheduling and billing- they were ALL very patient and went above and beyond for us. Most importantly, my father was shown so much compassion for any pain or discomfort he was experiencing. I'm so appreciative of how they truly care for their patients' concerns and well being. I also called on a Saturday night and he was seen Monday morning!!

Many many terrible visits. Including one which an inexperienced dentist drilled into my sons crown thinking it had a cavity. Tricare forces me to keep going there despite the fact that they overcharge. This morning I arrived for my appointment and was charged almost $400, then told that the people who were to perform my appointment would not be in today and sent home. When I asked for my money back was told I would get it within 5-7 business days. They are always rude except the front desk lady who is at times okay, but mostly rude and seems like she hates humans in general, but I suspect she mostly just hates herself so I honestly just feel sorry for her. It’s not the first time and it’s honestly expected. Just be prepared to be disappointed and possibly injured by an angry vindictive untrained person whom you have now trusted to take care of your teeth solely because your insurance thinks they are a cheaper alternative. However after you get your bill, you can submit it with all your evidence of wrongdoing to your insurance company with your grievance so the issues and charges can be audited and hopefully eventually something can be done about how they treat people everyday. Having great power over people shouldn’t mean abusing and overcharging them.

I called in severe tooth pain and they got me in within the hour same day. And helped me immediately. I’m so grateful. They did great on helping me with pain comfort. And customer service from everyone was great. Definitely will be coming here for now on. Thank you again so much ladies!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 8 years and was really nervous considering I have extreme anxiety. I went in & they made me feel really comfortable! I even cried! I’m an emotional gal 🥲 Haha embarrassing! But they really eased my anxieties & throughly explained things & answered all my questions. Only downside was they don’t take my insurance but whatever that’s not a HUGE deal considering how friendly and good they were with me!

I was offered a same day appt. Within an hour for a severely absessed tooth. After initial exam the dentist agreed to pull the bad molar. He even drained the majority of the infection as well. Very affordable, and very kind and respectful. I look forward to my follow up treatments to solve my overall dental needs. Strongly recommended, Dr Jorge is awesome.

First of all, I called on Monday for an appointment and was given one for Thursday, which was great. When I arrived, I was immediately checked-in and verified all of my information. While I was still filling out my info, I was taken back for my x-rays. From arrival time until I was in the dental chair was approximately 10 minutes. I wanted to get a new bottom denture and was shown that it would be better in the long run to get a complete set of dentures. I paid for my dentures and immediately had impressions made after I chose my preferred tooth color. I will receive my new dentures on Tuesday, and couldn't be happier. All of the staff that I interacted with were very professional and quite kind.

I contacted Aspen Dental for an emergency repair on a very old set of dentures. They got me in that same day and not only repaired my bottom plate but provided me with information on how I could get a new full set of dentures at a very reasonable price. From the initial phone call to the minute I walked out of the office, every single person I encountered was kind, knowledgeable and willing to help me however they could. This was by far the most pleasant trip to a dentist I've ever experienced.

I always have a great experience at the Aspen Dental on N. Dirksen. Great Dentist with an amazing staff. Highly recommend
