Chose Aspen Dental because I was in need of some extensive dental work. Since walking in the door the very first time I have had to keep excellent documentation on the constantly changing fees and billing. I received a summary of charges on day one after being told I had 2 cavities and would need all but six teeth pulled. Then I was given a new summary of charges and told I only had one cavity and would need all teeth extracted except for four teeth. The first payment due went from $1,500 to $795. When I questioned the change in cost no one ever gave me a straight answer. I have been charged for items never received,paid out of pocket for services and later learned Aspen also billed my insurance for those same services. The original summary of charges has changed countless times. I have paid upfront for permanent dentures and later told on two separate occasions that I still owed for the permanent dentures. I am only grateful that I have documented dates, conversations and demanded a print out at each visit of services rendered and all charges. While I am satisfied with having my dental needs addressed I continue to have to do battle with ever changing fees.I have stated on more than one occasion that I intend to file a complaint with the BBB. Thanks to keeping good records I remain determined that I will indeed need to follow through with filing a complaint.

The experience with the staff at Aspen Dental was exceptional it was a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The customer service is indeed the best very professional but friendly Dr. Phillips is definitely passionate about dentistry so my hats off to you aspen dental!!! The Dirksen location

I was not impressed I felt I was rushed by the doctor he showed no compassion and wanted to charge 33 thousand. When you are retired on a fixed income that is not feasible and to bash another Dentist is unprofessional. I refuse to pay for his house payment 😤 or car. The staff was good, but to spend a half day was ridiculous. Also felt the Dentist was arrogant.

I was not at all impressed with this office. I was barely greeted when I walked in, I sat for 40 minutes waiting for my appointment and there was no apology for my ridiculous wait. I went back to the X-ray machine and the person about to take my x-rays told me to wait a minute while she cleaned it because it had not been cleaned after the last person was in there. The hygenist hardly said two words to me and he was the only one there, so he was bolting around between patients. Overall, it was a pretty unimpressive appointment. I will not be going back and will definitely steer people in another direction if they are considering going there.

Appointment at 9 did not get in til 10 for 2 fillings & impressions, received the fillings and got out about 1pm after many exits & entries by Dr. & techs. Does it take that long for 2 fillings? No impressions, did not set up next appointment, which may be my fault by anxious to get out of there! Work done is satisfactory.

I had to wait for over a hour after my appointment time to go see the dentist. Then they made my mouth almost bleed when doing x rays. The whole time I was waiting they had about 6 or 7 people who came in after me got their cleaning and finish with. I felt very unwelcome the whole time I was there. I have been to this place several times and they have just gotten worst each time I gone here. The reason I went here is because this is the only place that take my insurance.

My nerves really got the best of me today...I had a really hard time...But I must say Dr. Mosquera and his assistant put me at ease.I know that by getting my procedure done its beneficial...I had to look at the positive and just block my nerves out.It was hard but I pushed through with their help..he constantly asked if I was ok...they were both encouraging.It feels good to have a team that cares alot.

I came here in excuriating pain with a broken tooth. I knew it was infection so they did the xrays and confirmed I needed an extraction. The doctor also wanted to do a filling the same day on another tooth. I found this odd because that wasn't a tooth I was having trouble with. So I made an appointment for the next week for the extraction and I was very nervous because I was in extreme pain and having to wait a week was very worrying because I hadn't been able to eat or sleep with the amount of pain I was in. So I inquired about antibiotics to help with the infection and was flat out told no. So I spent the next week in pain and when I came in for my appointment and was forced to wait an hour just to be seen. The doctor performed the extraction and started drilling out the tooth she wanted to do a filling on. She drilled out the decay and then informed me she couldn't do a filling for that tooth and wanted to perform a root canal. I was not going to pay for a root canal on a tooth that I didn't even have a problem with in the first place. I went home and felt extreme pain in my extraction site for the next 2 days so I called the office. The doctor wasn't in so they needed to call and find a course of action. I waited for an hour for a call back just to be told I needed to wait another week to make an appointment and wait a week so they can check the extraction site. So I called another dentist. I was seen the next day and found the site was completely infected. The other dentist prescribed antibiotics and I was almost pain free the very next day. I felt like a bother the entire time at Aspen and the doctor didn't seem to show any concern with the amount of pain I was in. Would not reccomend this place to anyone
