Was the very first time that i ever been to Aspen dental. When you first walk in you would meet the friendliest receptionist. Even though he was busy he was still professional. He had such a great sense of humor and a great attitude and was very down to earth. The young lady that did my x-rays and the moulding of my teeth was very friendly and professional, very sympathetic. She had a great personality and a great sense of humor. The hygienist was very friendly and explained everything to me to where i could understand what was going on with my teeth and gums. The doctor was very friendly and very knowledgeable he didn't push anything on me that i didn't want. He recommended certain partials and dentures that will work for me without breaking the pocket book. Even though I haven't been to the dentist in awhile they understood what i was going through with my teeth being a diabetic. I felt really comfortable there...no judgement. I would recommend Aspen dental to anybody. Thank you Aspen dental for giving me a such great experience.

Christine was fantastic. She was very concerned not to hurt me as she took pictures of my teeth. She was very gentle. She started a wonderful experience! Others were great also. They made sure I understood what the process would entail. The dentist himself stayed over after the doors closed. He knew that I had 2 really bad teeth. He pulled those 2 teeth for me.

The staff and the dentist were incredible! Never had such an effort to make great fitting dentures. Can't wait to pick them up in a couple days. I really hope they fit. Only complaint is the price. My insurance pays $1,000 and I had to take a loan for the remainder. Better be worth it since these could be my last set.

Not very pleased with the office. My first time there I didn’t get taken back to start my exam for about 15minutes or more after my scheduled appointment time. Then they go to take X-rays and stick this very large and uncomfortable piece of equipment in my mouth without any warning that it would be painful, it made me cough a lot because it went so far back. Which I understand the size of equipment is out of their control, but some heads up would’ve been nice.
Then I’m sitting in the chair waiting to be seen by the Dr for what felt like over 20 minutes, then another 15minutes waiting to discuss pricing for treatment.
My BIGGEST issue is how the office manager was not completely transparent as to what my insurance covered or not. I was told twice that they were “in network” with my insurance. Only to find out the day I came in for my treatment that they were “partially in network”, and I only found out because I called my insurance to double check. I was told by insurance that all the treatment needed was covered 100%. So why would the office manager tell me I would need to pay almost $1,700 out of pocket. Seemed to me that he was not completely truthful as to not being in network with my insurance so that they could get me scheduled and set up a payment plan as soon as possible before I realized I could get covered treatment somewhere else. Ruined my faith in the company, not good business practice. If you’re not completely in network with my insurance then I need to be made aware of that before I am even seen. Then for the office manager to proceed to tell me that if I don’t continue with treatment today that the Dr would have nothing to do because I’m the only person on the schedule, and he would still have to pay him out, that’s not my issue, trying to guilt me into keeping the appointment does not look good.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

May be the worst dental appointment I've ever experienced.
Arrived for my 2:15pm appointment at 2:00pm. Proceeded to wait to be called back for an hour and 15 minutes. Once I was taken back, had x-rays taken. Then I was taken to another lounge in the back to wait for another hour and 15 minutes.
Finally, was taken to the front and told I would have to schedule an appointment about 3 weeks away to get my dental work done. The lady said she would work to get me in this week for my dental work. There was no one to go over my treatment plan or financials with me. I was told I would receive a phone call the next morning about scheduling me in that week for treatment. I didn't receive a phone call from her about fitting me in the schedule or about my treatment plan.
I found a dentist who completed the work same day. When that dentist called, they refused to send the x-rays to him. My insurance only covers one set of x-rays per year. So I had to pay for x-rays when I had them taken two days before.
Quite possibly the worst experience imaginable at a dental office. Not only is it difficult for me to go to a dentist. I had to go and wait for 4 hours to get nothing done. I will advise everyone I know to stay away from this place.

This place has not been very good to me. It took four months to get my dentures, and then they had fired the lab tech. Then I was in there every 4 to 6 weeks if they answer the phone in order to get an appointment; I had to go in there in person in order to get an appointment. For the last six months I have been dealing with dentures that do not fit, my name is not in the dentures. I have worn dentures for 33 years and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem, they rank right up there with affordable dentures. I purchased the middle class the comfy lights over the cheap ones in order to get the three-year warranty which they are not fulfill their advertisements. Now the top plate has a chunk of gums out and they had the audacity to tell me they are not going to fix them until I pay an outstanding balance of $425 to which I told them I will not pay until my dentures fit properly. Well today on 8/30/2022 they told me they would not do them. I suggest you not go there to get services due to the fact they do not follow through with we want to see you smile, they just want the money. I have been going through chemo and radiation to where there’s always a chance for sores on my gums, but due to the ill-fitting Dentures I have a lot of sores on my gums and they don’t want to help me. I am not whining I’m just speaking the truth and I feel like the public needs to know. I would never want anyone to go through what I have. My sister went there as well, Lori and her bottom dentures do not fit. And the dentures that she has right now are the temporary ones due to the fact that she had them all pulled there. So they still owe her a permanent set; but once again they do not answer the phone in order to get an appointment. You leave a message to which they never call you back. Just so you know they don’t only own the one on 17th and Wanamaker they also run Aspen Dental in Lawrence.

I'm going to be getting I'm going to be getting implants. The financial manager save me aot of money. The dentist was very professional and helpful in my decision to get the implants. It was the best option for me. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental needs . Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Great care. Very understanding and professional. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are currently understaffed so everything takes and long time and there's a lot of phone tag. But once you get to speak with someone they are more than accommodating and respectful. The Dr. Was very informative and thorough. I felt safe and at ease in his care. Unfortunately my dental needs were too expensive and I had to go somewhere else. They were extremely helpful through the process of submitting referrals and getting every thing together to be seen by the provider my insurance covers. This is definitely my preferred dentist based on my experiences the last few days.

I am very satisfied with the service and end result. I got what I asked for and feel so much better now that the pain I was experiencing is gone. I wish I remembered the names of all the associates.
I would like to get the prices of the different options that were available.
Thank you to the doctor that removed the two teeth that were giving me problems: one was full of decay and the second was broken. He and his assistant removed them both. Well done.

It was a really decent visit. It took long (about 5 hours) however it was a big ask prior to a holiday. I was pleased with the efforts. I am hoping when I get back in town that the dentist was joking about how much the Laffy taffy that was put in my mouth cost.
