They where so helpful and got me in without a hassle and have a third party finance option which is a blessing

Worst dental office experience ever. Made an appointment for 4pm on a Monday and waited till 6pm to get called back. Dentist took brief look and was done. Then spoke with office manager after another 15-20 minutes wait, was told he submitted to my insurance and would be calling me the next day. No call back so I called 4 days later and the lady said she couldn't get insurance to go through and she would have to call them and the office manager would be calling me right back. Surprise no call back. Tried calling again several times over the next week and all I get is an answering machine everytime. I leave a message with my number and never get called back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

After the experience both myself and my husband had here, I would not recommend Aspen Dental and will not be returning. In my opinion, they are predatory to customers by trying to upcharge you for things not covered by insurance. It is worsened by the fact that they do not disclose this prior to providing the service. For example, they conducted an oral cancer screening on me that cost $30 without my informed consent. I am very low risk for this cancer as I am relatively young and do not smoke. I would not have allowed them to put the blue light in my mouth if they had told me what they were doing. Instead of giving my husband the 6-month cleaning covered by insurance, they tried to convince him to get a special cleaning and Invisaligners that cost thousands of dollars. In our experience, it was quite clear that they were trying to do what was best for their bottom line instead of the patient. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau based on their lack of informed consent and cost disclosure in the exam room.

Haven't had dental work in YEARS! Agreed on a treatment plan. Hope the end result will be top notch! *Update* Still at a 5 star! Had 4 teeth pulled. Now have partials. I appreciate all of you! Will recommend to others.

I had a good experience , being my first time there. The staff was nice and peasant to talk to, was there to answer all my questions and always made sure. I was at ease with what future procedures i will be needing.in all, I am please and thankful that I found a dental office that takes my insurance and can successfully do what needs to be done , to put a smile back on this lady' s face!! After years of mediocre treatment and half hearted efforts by different dental offices I just gave up going for a few years. After one visit to Aspen Dental I was provided a plan of attack and help with financing. These are 2 things lacking in my past 40 years of dental visits. Dr Adam Marina and Dr Carl Appleman have done an amazing job helping me through my apprehension and making sure I am comfortable during treatments. The staff is great to work with and the business model is outside the usual dental office. Well worth a try.

Let's start by saying I absolutely hate the dentist. I've always had something wrong with my teeth. I made an appointment because I had a tooth that had extensive damage. I just wanted it pulled. Little did I know I was about to get the makeover of my life with Apen. The care plan they gave me had everything I needed done for a very reasonable price(after insurance). I was unable to come out of pocket for the remaining bill. Ashley the office manager set me right down and began giving me options for payment and how I could alter my care plan to fit my budget. I walked out of the first visit feeling relieved that I could finally get everything taken care of.
Halfway through my plan and I absolutely love the staff. Everyone that I have seen(which is about all of them) have been amazing. Dr. Khan is fantastic. Very laid back, yet very professional. Overall I can say this office staff and the care they give is amazing. I finally have a "home" dentist I can stick with.

I went in for a tooth ache with a tooth that needed pulled and it seemed to me all they wanted to do is sell me implants and other stuff and I have insurance and instead of charging me a copays to have the tooth removed they wanted me to pay today for a extraction of the tooth they wouldnt do for a week the place is a total joke just want to make money not care about you the patient

The first two appointments my husband had he waited an hour and then when he went for his third appointment they said they did not have him on the schedule. I called them up and they admitted they made a mistake. They also have created an unfixable mess when they "dug" a bone spur out of his jaw where they ripped his teeth out. They cut into his jaw bone and it has not quite healed so he has to be without ANY bottom dentures.
