Totally awesome. The little gal that did my impressions today was excellent. She got them on the first try. She was very nice, polite and professional.

People were really nice but the wait time was too long. We were told our appt was at 130 but it was really at 215. It was our first time there and I just didn't expect to spend 2.5 hours there.

I had a very painful dental issue and the team at Aspen were very quick to get me in and very compassionate. From the receptionist to the office a manager , every employee was kind, confident and helpful through each aspect of my appointment. They were very thorough and answered every question I had. I felt comfortable and listened to. I will be going back for my procedure and will recommend them to others. Great experience!

Everyone was so very nice!! From the lady at the front desk to the Dr and to the guy that help me at the end with what is needed to fix what needs done. Good to see such nice people in this time of craziness. Will send anyone that needs dental work to these people!!! Beyond five stars. Also being in a wheelchair it felt great to have such wonderful people to always ask if I needed help!! Very hard to find people like that now days!! Keep up the amazing job!!

Do not use this dental office. They don't care about their patients at all. Had my oral surgery to have my bottom teeth removed for a partial. Not only do they not pay attention to pain ques from the patient. Because my jaw was severely bruised from the extractions. It also got infected. It was a Friday around 930am when I started calling the office to see about getting an antibiotic. They didn't return my call before leaving for the day. So I began call the answering service to try and get some help. 2 days and 19 calls later they finally called back. By this time I look like I'm storing a golf ball in my cheek. I'm in tremendous pain. The only comment for the doctor that responded, "Well this is the first time they called me so I do know what to tell you." Really?????
When my jaw got better I tried to make another appointment to finish my partial. They won't return my calls. This office needs to be check by the dental board. I filed a complaint. We'll see if they do anything. But if you want to avoid alot of pain. Steer clear of this place. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Edit ~ I was in a bad mood during my first review. After some time spent reconsidering my time with the company, I can say a good majority of my interactions with personnel and wait times have been extremely positive.

Omg the best place I have ever been! I haven’t seen a dentist in a long time since insurance has always been shoddy, but I never felt judged or guilty for the state of my teeth. They are so diligent and welcoming that after my appointment I was excitedly talking to my family about it. All of the staff was amazing, and really care about the people that walk through their doors <3

They do not run on time. Usually it takes 40 minutes even with an appt. Make sure if you need to make another appt make it before you leave the officr.

I would not give this office any stars if I had the choice. My friend has been a patient here for about 2 months and they have done nothing but screw around with her. They take your money upfront so they have all of the power and move your appointments & drag them out to be all day appointments. They’ll wait until half way through your appointment to tell you they can’t finish and you have to come back yet again. Do not come here.
