Nah just nah. I don't like being pushed to make appointments and make decisions I don't want to make. And I don't like being bugged about making new appointments when I told them to cancel them all because I will be going somewhere else. Even a cleaning was uncomfortable and I typically am good with cleanings. No thank you. I will go somewhere else where they aren't as expensive AND don't tell me I need to basically pull out all my teeth and put in implants.

Completely unprofessional, you can never get ahold of them nor do they communicate your situation. All to be charged a crazy amount. they also always reschedule and have some reason they cant do their job. Every time I’ve gone its been a bad experience. If you want good service don’t go to ASPEN DENTAL.

I have been going to them for over a year. Like every place/business has been since COVID/2020 it has had it's ups and downs. I think some of the new staff is what they needed. I just had a cavity filled and it went very well. Just know going in, they will try upsales like Invisalign.

The staff is very friendly straightforward, and the price is pretty reasonable. The downfall in my opinion Is there a timeliness. I had an appointment for just as they opened and they were 40 minutes late to get him me back to then have me sit in a second waiting room. If you have time it's great but I would not go if you have anything very soon after.

not happy with them they do not get prior autherization for bill in writing. they get a good will verbal agreement with insurance, and when insurance refuses to pay ,guess who is stuck with bill not them because nothing from insurance is in writing. not knowing that when we signed paperwork saying our balance and insurance depending.
we though all prior autherizations was in writing, never heard of verbal agreement on the phone
well there is bill needed paid of over 2500.00

Paperwork got pushed back from dental insurance company because someone in office processed info incorrectly. (Wrong codes were entered) Never fixed the issue even after I paid them. Had to get refunded and have procedure elsewhere. Glad I did after reading all the horrible reviews about this place.

First off, i am leery of any place that has 99% of its 5 star reviews from people who only have one review under their belt...and its this place that got that review. That normally means they are giving themselves the 5 star reviews, but, anyway...Made an appointment by calling the number listed for the Topeka location...found out when i got there that apparently the call did NOT go to the location, it went to a call center which did not forward the info to this location because it took 20 minutes just to locate my appointment. My appoint was at 2pm, didnt even get to walk back in to the exam room until 2:45pm (45 minutes late). Three other people were complaining about it being late. The lady at the front counter was very gruff, raspy voice like a heavy smoker...did nothing but complain about being so far behind that she would never get caught up. People are there because they are in pain..they dont need to hear her issues too. Ok, lets move on. The girl who did the X-rays was FANTASTIC ..see pic....she alone, is the person that saved this place from getting 1 star. After X-rays i was taken to another room where the first thing i saw was what looked like a rusty steak knife hanging on the magnetic strip on the wall...see photo. After being seated, I spoke to another person...it was at that moment i could tell they were setting me up for the "UP SALE"...not one person asked about my tooth or the pain i was in..they just kept saying they were gonna have someone come in who would talking to me about teeth cleaning and maintenance and such. As soon as that started happening, i knew i was gonna be sold on the most expensive procedure that they could do for what i was dealing with....and sure enough, THOUSANDS of dollars was quoted for one tooth. At the end of my 2 hours in this place..Dr Khan talked down to me, talked to me like i was stupid, rolled his eyes at me and never did anything except let me walk out of there in EXTREME pain and set me up with an appointment that was a week away with no way to control the horrible pain i was in. Hopefully my photos uploaded ok.
UPDATE: We decided to go see another dentist who got me in immediately, took care of the pain and SAVED the tooth that Dr Khan said Could NOT be saved...and the new dentist did it for thousand less!

The employees and dentist there seem to be generally concerned for the patients well being and health
They seem to be generally happy and helpful when talking or answering questions for people. And they have the best deals on dental work or for dentures Ive seen on a long time.
Thank goodness for people like Charlie and the employees of Aspen dental
