Wasted 2.5 hours for a visit that should've taken 20 minutes. Went in just to have a broken retainer glued and instead was forced to get x-rays done and tried to have expensive surgery sold to me. Took so long their staff was forced to stay overtime and everyone was very unhappy and impatient. Private Healthcare is a scam exploiting patients!

I have had a fear of dentists most of my life and rarely have gone. The people at Aspen Dental were able to see me same day! By the time I left, I scheduled 2 more appointments!! Staff are amazing and make you comfortable. Dr. Kahn knew that I was in serious pain and offered relief before he suggested options! I highly recommend if you are looking for dentistry that is compassionate, understanding, reasonably priced and extremely skilled. I am now excited to go back to finally get my teeth healthy again! Never would have thought that I would ever say this about a dental visit. Thank you for bringing your services to Topeka! I am so grateful for your kindness and support!!

On my 1st and only visit with Aspen Dental I request a standard teeth cleaning. At this visit I found too many new technicians without an experienced, seasoned person to guide them. Aspen Dental receptionist said they would accept my Dental coverage and afterword I learned they do not. Also, the diagnosis was for unnecessary treatment that was quoted as almost 3 thousand dollars, not including a $300+ teeth cleaning that was stated as 'not a deep cleaning'. With healthy gums that are cleaned once to twice a year since I was in my 20's, A deep cleaning is not necessary, especially since I have no gum issues or teeth problems. I have all my teeth and in good health. I have no reason to return.

Very Friendly Staff! The X-Ray Tech Bobby I Believe His Name Was, Was Very Professional And Friendly! Kenzie Was Very Knowledgeable And Sweet! Jessica the financial lady answered all my questions I had and Dr Khan was phenomenal... can't wait to get the rest of my oral care done here! Thank you to all the staff for making this experience welcoming and comforting!

I highly recommend you NOT visit this office. The whole experience was a joke. I was rushed through the x-rays. I was rushed in to the chair and out of the chair. The dentist stuck his finger in my mouth for a second. I went in for a wisdom I need pulled. The dentist would not pull it and absolutely did not do a good job at explaining it. I also had to call around to find an oral surgeon. The dentist would not make the calls, and he would not fax over his referral nor my x-rays. He gave me the paperwork and sent me on my way and I was rushed out of the building. That was one of the worst visits to a dentist I've ever had. 0/10. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I felt really comfortable and it took no time at all. I especially liked this visit because I was not allowed to have anyone back there with me. So I was very anxious and nervous. The nurses helped calm me down with some music and friendly chatter. Very nice, I will be going back.

The staff and most doctors were excellent. Dr. Hall was great. I do have a problem with financial. At the initial consultation we went over my not having insurance and the charges. They eliminated unneeded procedures and I agreed with the final charges . I financed $1900 through delta first and paid the balance in two payments. They are NOW trying to charge me for an added charge for over $600. My account was Paid in full and I did not agree to or will I pay for added charges!!

The wait time is horrible. I am here with my 88-year old mother - as she is getting new dentures. The first time the wait was almost an hour. The second appt they said would be quick, as it is just a bite test. Already have waited 45 minutes, and still no dentist. I very much regret bringing her here. (I’ll update this review once she sees the dentist - to share the total wait time)

My first appointment was about 3 hours long. All the team members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The Topeka office moves quickly one stage at a time to educate you as they go.
