This is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever had the experience of going too. I went for a standard cleaning and that was all. They didn't even do that after looking at my teeth for 5 seconds they told me I needed thousands of dollars of work done. They then sent me to there financial officer to try to get me to use one of there lenders for the money. Much like the predatory payday loan places. This is a places designed to take advantage of people and put them in debt. I left the moment they began trying to push that on me. I wanted my teeth cleaned and that was all. I didn't even get that done. Places like this need to be shut down. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Go to an actual dentist office for a much more professional experience and where they will actually do what you want them too without trying to upsell you on thousands of dollars worth of bogus things.

But for the fact ive been trying to get set up appointments for my teeth for over a month now thus no phone calls returned im not satisfied at all. Ive given up and gone to some other dental place.
Communication is key to success! I will not be referring anyone here.

I called on a Sunday because I was severe pain. They got me a appointment for the next morning at 9:15. Was taken back fairly quick for a x-ray and then to a exam room. The Dr came in and we talked about the tooth and he looked at it and we agreed that it needed to be pulled. Then I taken to billing to talk about the cost, and that was a cost that I just couldn't afford in payment and it was going to be a few days before they COULD get me in due to be way over booked. So then I had to go try and get in with my old dentist who is very good (was except for he's getting up there in years) and forgot that I had made an appointment and couldn't do it after I got to the office as well. So I am still in pain am no prospects on being able to get this tooth pulled.

Ashley the office manager is amazing! She helped with all my needs took time to go over my dental plan and other options. The whole team was great! No complaints. I would recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental care needs. Bobby was very nice gentleman!

Had a dental emergency that had been festering for a week because of a forced quarantine and they were the only place that could get me in short notice once I got cleared to be back in the real world. They were busy but made sure to check in and let me know they'd be with me as soon as they could. Every single person I interacted with was kind and friendly. The dentist was awesome and really helped me out, a very kind woman with a great attitude.

If I could give no stars I would...first off the office was very crowded. It felt as if I was just getting pushed through like cattle. Second the dentist works off commission so naturally they are gonna give you treatment that you don't need. I was only wanting to get my teeth professionally whiten. A 400 dollar bill turn into a 6000 dollar bill. I'm just glad that I already had a dentist of my own. He proceeded to tell me that I didn't need any of that treatment that Aspen said. I don't know who they think they are. Just to think I might of paid that bill. Until I got a second opinion from Dr .Johnson my dentist. I am highly sickened with how they were so misleading.

Everyone was friendly, explained what and why they were doing something. Brokedown what was needed and order of importance. And we're able to give me payment options. Best of all I was able to an appointment very quickly to begin solving my dental emergency.

Great overall experience at Aspen Dental definitely recommend it to anyone. I love the amazing staff !!!!! Angela & Liz made sure I was comfortable & answered any questions I had throughout my visit & DR. Appelman is & great guy to talk to very enthusiastic & loves to help as much as he can to satisfy his patients can wait for my next appointment!!!

Very organized with a pleasant atmosphere. They answered and explained everything very well in detail. I didn't feel rushed at all. My plan of care was explained in great detail as to what would work best for me. Very satisfied!
