Experience was professional. In and out rather quickly for a tooth extraction that cause massive pain. Doctor and nurses were extremely friendly and helpful and the place is relatively clean and neat and organized.

This place tried to take advantage of my elderly mother. They told her she needed all of her teeth pulled and $25,000 worth of work. They called and pressured her to take out a loan and told her this “deal” was a one time offer. She had been so stressed and depressed worried about how she would afford this. This place should be shut down for trying to take advantage of people and for staff having awards for brining in the most money. Disgusting and so disappointing. Thankfully my mom was smart enough to get a second opinion. I am not one to leave reviews but if this can help someone be reminded to get a second opinion and not fall for this kind of scam then good. Aspen dental You all should be ashamed of how you choose to do business.

I had the best experience EVER!!! The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone was super nice. The sweet young lady that did my X-ray.. thank you for being patient with me. The Dr. listened to me. He educated me on what was going on and what I needed. The hygienist was super gentle. My fear of going to the dentist has been cured.They are my new best friends. Lol

The service is excellent but the 2 teeth implants is very expensive I think I rush into it because I’m in pain but too late they already started the procedure. Everyone tells me that is too much for 2 teeth. 16 grand? I don’t have that kind of money but I’m paying it monthly. Another bills added for me. Im 70 years old I’m probably dead by then.

Aspen Dental is not a dentist. They are a car dealership for your mouth. They absolutely care about profit more than the person/patient. You will walk away from this place feeling like you just got worked over by a dental Jiffy Lube. They tried selling me a toothbrush for $200. I'm guessing they'll even put some generic response to this bad review.

Setup a meeting with my hygienist which was then changed via a voicemail due to difficulties. Waited nearly an hour and a half after arriving at their less than convenient time.

I had been to another local dentist and was so unhappy with my dentures. So I looked into Aspen Dental. The price was very good for an upper denture and a lower partial, about the price of just my upper denture at the other place. The staff was excellent, they explained everything so you understood what was going to take place and when. They did things that I had no idea that was supposed to be done when getting dentures. The place was very clean and they cleaned often, this was in the middle of Covid. I am extremely pleased with my new denture and partial. They made sure that things fit, didn't rub and that your teeth fit together like your real teeth did. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dentures, implants, or just regular dental work done. They also do emergency dentistry if you can't wait to see your own dentist.
