I agree with other comments....Shelbyis phenomenal! But I have spent over $75,000.00; 50 grand for the surgeries to do everything for the implants. Spent 20 grand no more to get 4 on 4 permanent implants....that was in march! The last 3 weeks I have been put off for my appt saying the dentist wasnt there....do it next week. This week they called Tuesday and all was scheduled....even a repeat of a scan I had in march and the following day all of a sudden again the Dr is canceling so he can go out of town.....as I said I've spent 75 grand.....that's a house cost yet I feel they can't be bothered to keep my appts ! I have NO TEETH and was promised on Tuesday that Thursday I'd have then finally....now they want to put me off another week!! Well I'm going in to confront the situation today..... its time I get what I've already paid for!!!
I see many complaints and most are responded by an owner or someone of importance....24 hours after posting this....I've heard nothing! That's how they do things

Thank you....Shelby made sure all was explained and has been addressed and fixed....She is your best employee and is the reason that all is moving forward and done so happily!!

I set my first visit to Aspen Dental on their website & filled out all paperwork needed online as well. It was easy to upload my Dental insurance too, so when I arrived in person all I had to do was show my I.D. & give a signature. It was barely a 5 minute wait before they had me in chair doing x-rays. The x-ray tech seemed focused & assured me all the staff were great & professional as well as all like family. I was pretty happy about that being I also set my daughter up a appointment for her first time next week. From then on all the staff were very helpful explaining everything making me feel at ease. The dentist Farhan N. Khan was very sufficiently involved in mapping out a treatment plan that I would feel confident and comfortable with. Ashley was very professional at helping explain various payment options. I had a great experience for my first visit. I would recommend Aspen Dental in a heart beat. I'll give updates acknowledgements on my future visits, because I know for myself how much anxiety can come with going to the dentist, so it's of high importance for me to feel comfortable at the dentist office.

Had two wisdom teeth pulled and two root canals after getting pressured to do so by their financial officer and staff while having a severe anxiety attack about it. Tried to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars for a treatment plan. Got conned into a predatory loan by their loan officer while trying not to cry through an anxiety attack. Called the next day to change my plan to something that was affordable (as I only went in originally to have my wisdom teeth that were killing me pulled). They fought me on that, and then once I was finally able to get the treatment cut down to what I had above and confirmed the payment and stuff, I found out that they didn't change the treatment plan entirely and were planning on giving me crowns and doing crown prep without my consent. I spent an hour at least getting someone on the phone trying to get it all ironed out so they would credit the difference, before having to argue over and over to get it fixed.

The time during the procedure was incredibly unprofessional, as everyone in the room was running around, trying to find tools and supplies they needed, making rude and snide comments throughout. I'll never go back. I want to finish paying my amount needed for their predatory loan and go find a real dentist from now on, and not a company that feels an awful lot like a payday loan office.

The staff here are very nice and the office is great. There were some pretty big red flags for me when I walked in tho. Maybe im wrong but I've never been to a dentist's office that had 3x as many employees in the back as customers up front. That coupled with the fact that the dentist said he had no idea about prices because they hired an extra employee so he didn't have to know any of that, meant wayyyy too many employee's needing to get paid. I've called around and had implant prices quoted at under $2000 per tooth. I was told by them the screw alone is gonna be $3000. WTH? This is a dental office for people with extra cash flow, not for people who actually need dental help.

I had a very good experience there yesterday. I only had to wait for just a very short time. Mara was very kind and professional. I apologize but, I don't remember their names but the doctor that I saw made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure that I was about to go through. The two women that assisted me with the payment plan were absolutely fantastic! I used to be scared to death about going to the dentist but, I felt very calm and comfortable. Thank you everyone for the pleasant experience!

I had four teeth extracted and intensive cleaning. I tried to contact the office the next day to tell them that one piece of tooth renained in my gums. Could not get through and left message. Then I went to the office but noone was at the desk. Waited in the nonattended office for over 30 minutes. Nobody showed. The other thing was they did not prescibe pain meds as they said they would. I have strong doubts if I will return for their services. No stars would be my choice but it would not let me post.

Not very happy with my wait time! I get that their busy, but yeesh.

Edit ~ Wait time was because a doctor had taken a personal emergency! You never know what other people are going through, I apologize for assuming!

I called the emergency line last night and they got me an appointment for today due to a chipping tooth causing severe pain and rendering me unable to eat. I got checked in filled out the paper work and sat there for over an hour while I watched every other person with an appointment time after mine come and go. I finally got up and told them I can’t wait anymore. The response I got was “oh, I don’t know what happened” this has definitely been one of the worse experiences for me and I will continue to share it where ever I can. Because now I have to deal with this pain until I find another option just because they can’t stay organized or take a second and talk to the people that have been sitting in the lobby for such a long time.

Well, the first appointment, was my fault, but then the last three months, they cancelled my appointment and tried to say they called me. I am a Truck Driver and I keep my phone on 24/7 and never received any phone calls from these people.

I have 8 broken teeth and they promised to help me, but keeps shoving me further out.

If this Clinic don't want my business, then they need to tell me up front so I can search for another Clinic to help me.
