Booked me for an emergency surgery day after my first checkup visit, prescribed me calming medication that was too strong for the pharmacy to give me. Didn’t answer the pharmacy, or me, to switch to generic. Didn’t answer the phone repeatedly before hours (but within reason, 30 minutes before open) about my concerns when I was the first visit the next morning. Very upsetting.

1st time I went, waited over an hour to get into my appointment that took 10 minutes. No other patients even entered the lobby. 2nd time, timing was okay to get into my appt but then doctor does small amount of work and says he'll be back in 10 minutes and is gone 45 and repeats. He dug at my wisdom tooth so bad, I have a bruise on the outside of my cheek. They then went to lunch so I had to take a break in my appointment and they were late back to lunch. Nice people but they need some adjustments.

Well if I only rated Shelby and Bobby it would certainly be 5 stars. They were fantastic. Dr Al-Mutawa was an expert when it came to the shots.
Concerns:
1) I think it is in poor taste to bribe people with free services to give 5 star review
2) I understand and respect comprehensive plan however when it is made clear emergency service is being requested I feel that should take priority. When a person has a broken, rotting and infected tooth requiring 2400mg of ibuprofen a day I do not feel it is the best time to say "We just need $15,000 and we can make a plan." How about taking care of immediate concern and then make a plan.
3) I found it highly irritating that when I explained I did not have $15,000 laying around or even $11,000 for backup plan the treatment toward me changed by two staff members. One of which was the office manager. I still spent $253 and feel that I shouldn't be looked down upon for only wanting to deal with severe issue first.
4) It would have been helpful to know appointment was going to take over 3 hours since I explained I was needing to go to work.

I would not wish my terrible experience here on anyone. Some of these staff need to be replaced. If my time is not valued as i had two experiences with this office that supports me saying that then i know they are doing the same thing to others. The customer service here was atrocious. I would not attempt to be a patient here again. I had two recent visits that went terrible. I thought the 1st time was a fluke and gave it another try. I shouldn't have. I should have taken a page from the other patient's book that walked out while I was in the waiting room due to bad customer service on my 1st visit. On my 1st visit I was in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes) before being called back. The front desk person(mirah?), I'm sure the name is wrong, was very rude when I asked about my wait time and being seen. Saying they only had one X-ray machine. Don't schedule patients so close togethet if you know you only have one machine. Space the appointments that would require the machine out!! I still gave it a chance. The dentist was nice. Was finally seen and met with the office manager for my next visits. I prepaid my next visits and was willing to just let it go. I went in today for my scheduled appointment and was told it was canceled...WHY?!? I asked for a refund at this point and the front desk female was snippy (Mia, Mirah, Misiah or whatever her name is...it helps to enunciate), the side chick next to her and the office manager Brian, when I finally met with him, was snippy. Then said i was rude?!?! You cancelled an appointment i was on time for. You want to know what is rude. Canceling my appointment. I had to get off work early and drive there to make sure i was on time. My actions werent rude. Yours were....I asked for my refund and was gaslighted by the office manager like i did somethig wrong! Was told that if I'm ever in pain I couldn't receive services there again and that my account was being closed because of this. I don't care. Give me my money. I paid in advance. What is the problem when I am not satisfied with the service and want my funds back? Don't make snide comments about my account and decision as an office manger, but that was what Brian did.....and when I asked for my refund Brian told me an amount that wasn't what I had paid. When I asked what caused the discrepancy he had no idea why. Give me back what I paid. I don't understand the confusion since you are the one I paid my fees to.

Made an appointment online and called to confirm it. Showed up on time and they said they didn’t have any record of my appointment and that they could maybe get me in. Then they had me sit in the waiting area for another 45 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this office for anyone who has a busy schedule as they will not respect your time. While I sat there for almost an hour the receptionist was on the phone calling and asking patients to reschedule existing appointments so that hygienists/dentists could leave early on certain days. There is a clear lack of consideration for anyone else’s time or schedules going on. When I told them I only had one hour left they confirmed I would be seen soon and then I sat there waiting another 30 minutes with no recognition from the 3 people working the reception area. Other than witnessing them bully people out of existing appointments on the phone so that their staff could take off early, I witnessed other unprofessional behavior such as patients getting called up by the wrong name and staff being generally confused as to what is going on in the office at all. When I originally tried to check in I had to sit back down because the girl at the front was new and stated she didn’t know how to run the system. Not much confidence in this office based on front of house professionalism. Will be taking my insurance and money somewhere else where my time is respected. When I asked for my paperwork and insurance back they asked if I would like to reschedule, I said no and that it wasn’t a timely service and there was no attempt at an apology or anything. Worst service ever, I can only imagine that things are worse once you get to the actual dentist.

I’ve been visiting this location in the last two years. Depending on what you’re here for, know that: the hygienists are fine and know what they’re doing; the dentists and their assistants, however, will talk down to you and will not apologize if they make a mistake that cost YOU extra time and money. There was a front desk lady who sounded like a heavy smoker that constantly got my appointments/requests wrong as well FYI. I would avoid this place if possible.

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Made me feel at ease even with my severe dental anxiety. I was never made to feel rushed or hurried, and they explained everything they were going to do before doing it.

I reached out to schedule due to tooth pain. They got me an appointment timely but I had to wait forever to be called back. They did X-rays and looked at my teeth did not address the pain at all, dod no dental work just listed a long list of work I needed done and sent me over for a treatment plan development. They tried to push me into committing to a loan for work. Only showed me the total cost for step 1 of their plan. When I asked for a total it was over 33,000 dollars! They are insane. I went to a different dental office and they only felt the need for about half the work this place quoted me and the cost is much less. This place is a scam!
