Aspen Dental

I was told it was gonna be an hour appt. It took 3 hours of just waiting. They make you have to come in for multiple appts. Very expensive.

They got me in quick that is about the only positive I took from my experience. They bulldoged me into paying full price for an extraction before I could even be checked in and before seeing what my insurance covered( fully covered btw) now they say I have to wait 10 to 14 days to get my money back. They are a complete scam.

Had a Great visit. Everyone in the office was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Went in for tooth pain. Got an emergency appointment. Got scheduled for broken teeth to be removed and wisdom teeth removed. Asked doctor point blank if I would be out for this (anesthesia) he said yes. Skip ahead to appointment and I get told I would not be put out and the dentist said "You do you man" after I was told I would not be put under for my wisdom teeth removal. Then be prepared to pay THAT day. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. The whole team was great Dr Appleman and Dr. Mutawa are the best. They went over my treatment plan and helped me decide on the best option for my lifestyle and budget. They gave me the same respect they would give their mom. My dental assistants were very helpful and the front desk was so polite. Thank you to the while team for a great experience. I will make them my regular dental stop for preventative care.

Did great job looking at me for first time. Shy did a good job helping me get the x-rays needed and getting everything ready for the doctor to see me. Cane in today to get a tooth pulled. Amazing that they could get me in the next day for it! Other dental places wouldn't be able to see me for over a week! I have had really good service with Aspen!

It was so relaxed! The staff are friendly and definitely know there repeat patients. I went in with urgent issues and they were able to take care of it that day!
Courtney took my x-rays and was very careful with placement and care of the tender areas of my mouth.
Katie, the hygienist was not there in the early morning, but as soon as she was available she came in and did her thing evaluating the health of teeth and gums.
Dr Mutawa was amazing! After having some white coat syndrome high blood pressure, they turned on relaxing music to bring it down. He pulled the first tooth out without me knowing. He was very kind and helped me to breathe rather than hold my breath. The Dr who was assisting him was very prossional too, and also kind and sympathetic.
Overall, these folks are the best! I am so glad I called them!

I wouldn't waste your time. It is a joke. I had two different appointments for what I consider an emergency. Just to be rescheduled both times because they don't take new patients after 5:30. But they are the ones that scheduled it in the first place.

Everyone from the dental assistants to Dr. Amber to Ashley the office manager is amazing! They all made sure I felt right at home. Ashley, the business manager, helped with all my needs took time to go over my dental plan and other options. The whole team was great! No complaints. I would recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental care needs.

I went here in 2020 for dental work, was recommended by a friend. They told me I needed a crown and NINE fillings which after my dental insurance was $8,000 out of pocket cost. They had me pull out care loans for this amount and I got the crown done and left the 9 fillings until I could afford it. The crown was $2000. I went to another dentist in Topeka a year later assuming I needed 9 fillings done they said I needed 2. I now don’t even know if I needed the crown in the first place and ran myself into debt trying to pay the crown off. Do not go here. If I could make it my life mission to tell everyone to not come here, I would.
