Great place to have dental work done. Dr. Marina is a great Dr. and is able to explain all the processes in detail. The rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I recommend Dr. Marina and Aspen Dental to everyone I know.

I was in great pain over the weekend and needed relief. I found Aspen Dental online late Sunday night. I showed up at the door early in the morning and by 9:30 my broken tooth was removed and I was finally pain free. The people there were great, professional, and right to the point. Everything was prompt, caring and they explained every step clearly so I knew what was happening. This is a great place with awesome people.

The worst. Unprofessional woman working front desk. The x Ray tech touched my mouth on the surface of the metal, uncovered portion of the equipment mouthpiece so who knows if it’s been cleaned thoroughly or not! Really unsanitary and put me at risk. I hope I don’t get sick from this place. None of the patient rooms have doors. The first visit may be “free” for an exam but you get what you pay for, don’t be fooled. And then they will quote you for an astronomical amount of work for something simple like fillings. Very dirty bathroom I noticed when leaving, I did not even use it, just walked right out. You would think with COVID they would be a little more hygienic and cautious of their reputation.

They were pretty quick getting me in. The actual procedure and financial aspects were great. I did not like the rude lady (Lisa?) at the front desk yelling at another employee. I was nervous enough and feeling very unwelcome by her attitude not only against her coworkers but also patients walking in. Turning her back on them when they were still talking. She yelled through the phone “nope, no we don’t take medicare or Kancare nothing” when she could have explained it better to whoever she was on the phone with. Hygienist missed me in the morning when I was originally supposed to see her. They were very unorganized from from top to bottom. Hygienist gave me her plan and never got back to me about scheduling a clean up. Not when they’re gonna start treatment or anything. Nurse pulled surgeon out of other persons procedure to sign a form and finally asked if I had any questions. I was left w a lot of questions only after they numbed my mouth did the procedure and put me out the door w/out follow up plans. If you guys actually read these I’d like an e-mail or call. If not I’ll be calling as soon as I can.

I broke my front tooth in half on my birthday and called Aspen, who fut me in as a new client at the last minute. The dentist literally stuck around AFTER his schedule for the day. They were ALL so patient and friendly. Not to mention the timely procedure but IY LOOKED GREAT!

What an absolute joke the reception desk is at this place. Needed their tax id number to submit a claim and was asked to hold when they answered and 37 minutes later I'm still on hold. Hung up and called back 3 times just to get their voicemail. Tried calling in on the emergency 800 number, it goes back to the same office and you get the same voice mail. No call back from the voice mail I left, and I had to abandon the claim I started.

My time here was very pleasant, all of the staff members were cheerful and friendly. They booked me in and looked at my problem the same day I called. I absolutely recommend them if your looking for a local dentist.

I had a broken tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. I went in without an appointment, but I was still helped quickly. Jasmine was an awesome dental assistant, and Dr. Khan was straightforward about what needed to be done (plus the pricing was better than many other dental clinics I looked at). They were able to pull the problem tooth along with a second one that was causing issues unbeknownst to me. Would definitely recommend this clinic to others!
