I haven't seen a dentist in almost 30 years, because of no dental insurance. I was impressed with the care I was given. Everyone was great to work with, and the finance manager was amazing to work with.

One star is probably too much. Nothing but money hungry company. They tried very hard to pressure me to get a root canal, instead of just pulling the tooth. They’re not even sure why I had the pain, after 40 x-ray pictures they said it must just be a fracture in the tooth but they can’t see it. Their answer is give us $6000 and we will do a root canal and then and I’m sure we’ll find what the problem is then. If we find it’s not a root canal, then you could give us $7000 and will pull the tooth and give you a fake one and a bridge. Ever heard of somebody trying to sell you a bridge.

Was very nervous about my root canal without being put under. Was very surprised and impressed. Very gentle and kind and even though in pain today which is normal. I'm happy to continue procedures.

Yesterday was my first visit. Snd I cant say enough great things about the young man who took my xrays and helped me not be nervous. The Dr was very helpful too. But his staff was great!

Very pleasant cheerful atmosphere each and every staff rather work directly with me or just passing me and the hall smiled said good morning very cheerful from the receptionist checking me in explaining how to fill out my paperwork answering my questions to my nurse went over all of my medication my concerns my needs when the dentist came in he was very soft clearly spoken gave me many options answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendation after that I went to the office manager and whenever financial and insurance information all positive I highly recommend Aspen Dental I will be using them in the future I have not one bad thing to say about my appointment

Been there twice. Walked out the first time. Not a friendly atmosphere. Made to wait both times I was there. They just did not seem very professional. Unorganized. Wish there were more options for my insurance plan.

Dr. Kahn an his associate's are very kind and informative, they created plans that suit my dental health needs an the powers to choose that which benefits me. They were concerned about my pain an took efforts to ensure my comfort. I'm grateful to this kind staff for their care and concern. Looking forward to my upcoming appts.

I had a tooth pulled ...rushed through x-rays. The male dentist seemed to be like a teacher. He hit bone when numbing me with the needle. Then sent in another dentist that I would swear was a student. It took over an hour to pull the tooth once she started. Didn't know names of tools. Its been over a week since and my jaw still hurts so bad it unreal. And no I don't have a dry socket or infection.

Jasmine the xray tech was very good. I was treated with respect by all. The cost of projected proceedures is almost $5000! I think i can find better deal.
