Easily 5 stars for this place! The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind, inviting and caring. I have felt so comfortable since the moment I walked in! They keep me in the loop on what's happening and they always make sure everything is going ok.

Had front tooth broke off. Said they could glue it but took me to the business office first. Laid out plans from $1600 to $18,000. Told them i wanted it glued to think about what to do. The glue job was only $132. Left me sitting in waiting room for an hour after that. I should have known it was going to take even longer when they put ne in an exam room with a window. After another 20 minutes watching street traffic in there i went to desk and paid $186 for the exam and left. I felt like i was at the car dealership. When did dentists become car salesmen. Said they could make the crown today for $1600. But they couldn't glue my tooth in 3 hours. They didn't even try to talk me into waiting. Another happy customer.

My appointment with Dr. Pargman and her hygienist, Kelsey, went really well. The equipment is new, everyone is friendly, they don't rush you in and out and best of all...I got to watch whatever I wanted on TV during my entire appointment in my little private room. Very happy with my visit!!!

Even though I dread going to the dentist it is finally nice to have one that I love! Dr Koepsel walked me through every option and we chose the best path forward. There was no pressure and my comfort and happiness was his only concern. Now I have one less thing that I need to worry about! Will be telling all of my family and friends to come here for all of their dental needs!

Dr. Koepsel and his staff were able to work me into a busy day without an appointment for a painful issue that had gone unnoticed and undiagnosed by my "normal" dentist for nearly two years. They provided an endodotical referral for me and wrapped up with a same day crown. Friendly staff and professional service...wish that I had found these folks earlier!! Highly recommended !

I never thought going to the dentist would be so enjoyable! Dr. K and his staff have a passion for helping people and it's evident in their practice. When I called about a chipped tooth, they fit me in the next day and also did a same day crown (no temporary crown needed). I also received a personal call from Dr. K as a follow up to the procedure which he stated he does for all his patients. Every staff member goes above and beyond and has exceeded all my expectations.
