Michelle is so nice. I had a freak out during my teeth cleaning because it brought me back to using the suction on my dad the day he passed. She was so patient with me. I also received a card in the mail from her today and that was really sweet of her. Dr. Pargman was also so nice and professional. They seem to go above and beyond and I really appreciate them all.

Such a welcoming and friendly office! Loved meeting my hygienist Michelle, who was very kind and patient with me. Dr Koepsel is incredibly understanding, genuinely cares, and truly wants the best for his patients. Wonderful experience!!! We followed Dr. Koepsel from his last practice because he is amazing!! He is very patient, friendly, down-to-earth and makes sure to take great care of his patients!! My visit here was quite pleasant. The location is great, ambience inside was nice and the office manager was very helpful and courteous. Once back for my appointment\consultation I was pleased with the overall service, the top notch technology used and professionalism that was given to me. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and kind as well. Dr.Koepsel was very easy to talk to and obviously very knowledgeable and talented. I look forward to having more procedures as I felt there was a great trust and general respect with everyone I met.
