East Wichita Dentist

I would like to give a shout out to the Dr. And all of the staff. I went in to get a tooth pulled. And in this scary time we are in. Was greeted at the door took my temp. Waited in car till they called me in with my room ready. Made me feel safe as they keeped themself safe. I don't like to have any thing done and can say that this is the easiest and painless tooth that I have every had pulled. Top notch service. They are now my family's only dentist .

Dr. Koepsel is AWESOME. He is so AWESOME that I drive 2.5 hours to see him. I have had a white knuckle fear of dentist and had stopped going to a dentist prior to being treated here. His staff is the best, always kind, respectful and most of all gentle. There are not enough good words to say about him. If you have had a bad experience at a dentist office before, give them one chance and you will find the laid back atmosphere and kindness of this office to be second to none. Dr. Koepsel loves what he does and it shows in how he treats his patients!

Dr. Koepsel and his staff are absolutely amazing! It’s easy to see how much everyone working there cares about their patients and each other. They have a family atmosphere which makes appointments something to look forward to. Over the years, Dr. Koepsel has proven to be highly educated in his profession and I trust him to always make the best call. I highly recommend EWD!

I came in after not seeing a dentist in a very long time. I was in a great deal of pain and really nervous. The entire staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and comforting. I have never had quite the experience at a dentist before. The dentist himself made 100% sure that I was in no pain and completely numb before he started working on me. I felt informed and cared about!!

I have been to many dentists and no one compares to Dr. K! I tell everyone how amazing Dr. K and his staff are!!! I appreciate their care and compassion to their patients!!! Everyone, office staff, hygienists, and Dr. K are the best!!!! I even travel from out of town because they are that AMAZING! Thank you for being so awesome!!!

Recently, I had a tooth that had really been bothering me. Dr. Fankhauser checked it out and recommended me to get an implant. A few weeks later I went in to get my implant. I was a little nervous, but the great staff at East Wichita Dentistry provided superb service and care during my visit and the implant was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend East Wichita Dentistry to anyone with any dental anxiety, with their caring staff and great doctors on staff I assure you that you will be in good hands.

I just moved to Wichita this summer and trying to establish health and dental care. Dr. Koepsel was recommended to me, and I was not disappointed. Everyone in the office was king from the admissions clerk to dismissal. Amy H. did a great job at cleaning my teeth and was very personable. Dr. Koepsel was kind, helpful and informative. This office is A1!

Roxy is brilliant at matching shades and “creating” the overlays. I am very pleased with the work they have done on my teeth and the personalization I receive!

Best experience at a dental office I've ever had! From walking in the door, getting my teeth cleaned, and being seen by the doctor I didn't feel like I had to be self-conscious about my teeth or the employees were trying to rush through me. In other offices, I always felt like I was getting judgmental comments, even for something as small as light staining or plaque build-up or get rushed through with half-attentive doctors who were over-scheduled. Here, Kelsea and Dr. Ashton Pargman were very friendly and informative throughout the entire process.

I've had experiences at other offices like Wichita Family Dental who flag every hint of a developing cavity and pushed me getting a filling, which was extremely expensive and caused a strong aversion to going back. This office focuses on improving home cleaning and treatment (e.g. prescription toothpaste for a sensitive tooth) for a more cost-effective approach as opposed to going straight to drilling into my teeth. Highly recommend checking them out!

As someone who has not been to the dentist in quite a few years I figured I would make an appointment due to some teeth pain. I started where any other person would and took to the internet! Dr. Koepsel’s office had by far the best reviews! I called and was set up with an appointment that week.
First, the office is immaculately clean with the latest modernized equipment. They saw me immediately at my scheduled appointment time with Zero wait! And his staff- I just cannot even tell you how awesome his staff is. It’s borderline ridiculous! Every single person on his entire team was smart and funny and just radiated positive energy and professional competency.
I mean I actually had fun the entire time I was sitting in the dentist chair. All while having a crown, 2 wisdom teeth pulled, and fillings done. Yes, no joke it was enjoyable.
I would highly recommend Dr. Koepsel’s office. I will most definitely be going to my regular appointments and I live an hour away! It is worth the drive!
