I wasn't completely happy with my previous dentist, and was recommended to this one. I called to set up my first appointment, and instead of waiting several weeks to get in, they scheduled me for two days later. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Amy was my hygienist and she actually took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. She was very thorough and personable throughout the entire experience, and all the hygienists all worked well together to be more efficient. I saw Dr. Pargman, who reiterated and confirmed everything my hygienist was seeing/finding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will continue my dental care here!

First time here and they were very sweet and welcoming! Michelle did such a professional job! She explained everything very well in detail and was gentle on my sensitive teeth. David R. Koepsel DDS was also very professional. This dentist took his time to check my teeth. Sometimes I have been to places where they come and go in 2 minutes, but he took his time to explain everything as well and get to know his new client! I will definitely be back here. THANK YOU!

This is a wonderful amazing dentist office. They help me out in a time of need. I had a serious abscess going on. Originally went to GraceMed what a nightmare it was. Grace med saying they could get me in same day, wait around 5 hours to find out might not happen. Called East Wichita dental and they were able to get me in right away. The staff is amazing, overall a wonderful place. Really clean,can't go wrong going here. I feel it's the best dentist office in town. I've been to several unfortunately. I appreciate all they have done for me.

Michelle, my hygienist, was very through in her exam and explained everything that she was doing as well as what she saw in the X-rays before the Dentist reviewed them. The most caring and friendly staff! Exactly what you want when you have to go to the dentist. I had a substantial amount of work done right away, Dr. Koepsel called to personally check on how I was healing and his office phoned my husband three times to offer updates on my progress during the procedure. As someone who has suffered pretty severe anxiety around the dentist's chair in past years, I can honestly say that I now enjoy going to the dentist and taking charge of my dental health. Very highly recommend!
