The staff is friendly. That hygienist, Tiffany, is excellent. I always come away from my appointment feeling fresh, clean, and without pain. This is the best dentist I have ever been to!

The staff have always treated me with great warmth and care every time I have had an appointment. My dental hygienist, Michele, is a rock star when it comes to cleaning my teeth. I feel so relaxed and have never had any pain or discomfort when being worked on by her. I met my new dentist today, Dr. Koepsol, I found him to be very pleasant and reassuring about possible work I made need in the future. When I had any need of any financial services they have always provided a plan that works well for me without causing any financial strain. This has really provided me with peace of mind. Lastly, one of the dental staff was so very kind to me by providing me with assistance with my college clinicals, she is awesome.

With over 50 years of cleanings and other work done, they are the most gentle. They take time to make sure you are comfortable and continuously asking if you are feeling any pain. There isn't any other place I would rather be.
A huge 'Thank You' to everyone, at East Wichita Dentist for being so awesome.

Michelle is awesome. I have bad dental anxiety but Michelle (hygienist) is always gentle and attentive. Finally found a dentist I'm comfortable with.

First off, let me just start out by saying that I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist office. Who is? With that being said, when I walked into East Wichita Dentist I was completely nervous, but welcomed by a lovely staff. The service that I have received by the dentists, hygienists and the office staff has been amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I am so pleased with this office that my whole family will soon be going there as well. I have been in the office numerous times in the past few months and I have yet to have any complaints. Dr. Fankhauser, Dr. Koepsel and Dr. Chambers are great dentists that have your best interests in mind and along with their staff, they really want to get to know you. I would recommend anyone that is needing dental work done to definitely give them a call.
